| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความมีประสิทธิผลองค์การของโรงเรียนที่บริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย กรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย ใช้แนวคิดการศึกษาพฤติกรรมองค์การของ Robbins โดยแบ่งตัวแปรออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ระดับบุคคล ระดับกลุ่ม และระดับองค์การ เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย และแนวคิดการประเมินประสิทธิผลองค์การ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ขึ้นมาจากแนวคิดของนักวิชาการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบวัดประสิทธิผลองค์การ ประชากรคือ สถานศึกษาประเภทที่ 1 จำนวน 597 โรงเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับปัจจัยของโรงเรียนทั้งระดับบุคคล ระดับกลุ่มและระดับองค์การ อยู่ในระดับมากทุกระดับ ส่วนประสิทธิผลองค์การของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ความสามารถในการผลิต ความมีประสิทธิผล การรักษาสภาพองค์การ และความพึงพอใจต่อองค์การ ทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความมีประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในภาพรวม พบว่า ปัจจัยระดับองค์การส่งผลต่อความมีประสิทธิผลองค์การของโรงเรียนสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนประสิทธิผลขององค์การได้ร้อยละ 71.30 และในระดับบุคคลมี 2 ตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนประสิทธิผลองค์การได้ร้อยละ 38.10 ดังนี้ 1) แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และ 2) การมุ่งเน้นผลงาน ในระดับกลุ่ม มี 3 ตัวแปร ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนประสิทธิผลองค์การได้ร้อยละ 58.50 ดังนี้ 1) การตัดสินใจ 2) ภาวะผู้นำ และ 3) การสื่อสาร และในระดับองค์การมี 4 ตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลองค์การได้ร้อยละ 72.40 ดังนี้ 1) ความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 2) โครงสร้างองค์การ 3) นโยบายและการปฏิบัติ และ 4) ทรัพยากรและเทคโนโลยี |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting the organizational effectiveness of school-based management schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The approach of studying organizational behavior proposed by Robbins (2005) was used as the research framework. The approach of evaluating organizational effectiveness was constructed by the researcher. A questionnaire survey and an organizational effectiveness evaluation form were adopted to collect the required data. The sample consisted of 800 people both principals and teachers from 400 schools. The descriptive statistics and the stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the productive capacity, the effectiveness, the execution, and the satisfaction were the 4 high-rated factors affecting the organizational effectiveness of school-based management schools among the overall, individual, group, and organizational levels. The Organization level factors was considered the key variables affecting the organizational effectiveness. Job motivation and performance attention were considered the key variables affecting the organizational effectiveness in the individual level. In the group level, decision making, leadership, and communicative abilities were considered the key variables affecting the organizational effectiveness of schools while relationship with a community, organizational structures, policies and practices, and resources and technology were the key variables in the organizational level. |
