| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) กำหนดตัวบ่งชี้และน้ำหนักความสำคัญของคะแนนการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ ด้านทัศนศิลป์ 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานสาระการเรียนรู้ทัศนศิลป์ 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของแบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ครู นักเรียนและผู้ปกครองชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนในสังกัดการศึกษาส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 57 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และสถิติบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานที่พัฒนาแล้วครอบคลุมการวัด 3 ด้าน คือ การปฏิบัติงาน ผลงาน และคุณลักษณะนิสัย เนื้อหาและการปฏิบัติงานศิลปะที่วัดแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งาน คือ 1) การเขียนภาพระบายสี 2) การพิมพ์ภาพ 3) การปั้น และ 4) การสร้างสรรค์ด้วยวัสดุ แต่ละงานมีตัวบ่งชี้ 18-19 ตัว ผู้ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประกอบด้วยผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 4 กลุ่ม คือ ครู นักเรียน เพื่อน และผู้ปกครอง อัตราส่วนน้ำหนักความสำคัญของคะแนนการประเมินจากผู้ประเมิน 4 กลุ่ม เท่ากับ 50:15:25:10 และอัตราส่วนน้ำหนักความสำคัญของคะแนนจากการวัดด้านปฏิบัติงาน ผลงาน และคุณลักษณะนิสัย เท่ากับ 50:25:25 เครื่องมือมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเป็นแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม และผลงาน ระดับคุณภาพ 3 ระดับ คือ ดี ปานกลาง และปรับปรุง วิธีการให้คะแนนเป็นแบบรูบริคส์ เครื่องมือมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันที่แสดงความเที่ยงแบบความสอดคล้องระหว่งผู้ประเมิน กลุ่มครูอยู่ระหว่าง .689-.959 กลุ่มผู้ปกครองอยู่ระหว่าง .667-.802 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงแบบวัดซ้ำในกลุ่มนักเรียนอยู่ระหว่าง .816-.911 ผลการใช้แบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ ด้านทัศนศิลป์โดยครูผู้สอนสรุปได้ว่าเครื่องมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล |
| Other Abstract: | This research objectives were 1) to determine indicators and score weights 2) to develop performance evaluation from and 3) to study effectiveness and efficiency of performance evaluation form of art learning strand: visual art. The sample consisted of 54 teachers, parents and students in grade 4 of Department of Local Administration (DLA). Interview guideline and performance evaluation form were the research instruments. Content analysis and descriptive statistics were employed in the analysis. The research results were as follow. The developed performance evaluation form measured 3 aspects of performing in an art task. They were performance, product and working habits. The performance evaluation forms composed of 4 art tasks: 1) drawing, 2) printing, 3) sculpturing, and 4) art craft. Scores were teachers, students, friends and parent. Each task had 18-19 indicators. The ratio of the scorers' weights were 50:15:25:10 while the ratio of the aspect weights were 50:25:25. Observation of behaviors and products was the data collection method. The forms contained rating scale with rubric scoring. The realistics reliability of the forms reflected by Pearson's correlation coefficients between raters in the teachers' group were between .689 and .959 while in the parents' group were between .667 and .802. The test-retest correlation coefficients from students' group were between .816 and .911. Teachers who tried out the forms supported the efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation forms. |
