| Abstract: | งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษากับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล (อบต.) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของ อบต. เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของ อบต. เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของ อบต. โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจำนวน 5 คน ผู้บริหาร อบต. จำนวน 5 คน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 210 โรงเรียน มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แจกแจงความถี่ หาค่า ร้อยละเพื่อประกอบการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. การสื่อสารระหว่างผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษากับ อบต. มีความใกล้ชิดสนิทสนมกันเป็นการส่วนตัว การติดต่อสื่อสารจะมีลักษณะไม่เป็นทางการ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการสื่อสารคือ เพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบถึงกิจกรรมของทั้ง 2 หน่วยงาน เพื่อโน้มน้าวใจให้ทั้งโรงเรียนและ อบต. ให้ความร่วมมือในการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน โรงเรียนมีการสื่อสารเพื่อให้ความรู้ในด้านการจัดการศึกษาแก่ อบต. และเพื่อความบันเทิง โดยมากผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจะติดต่อ อบต. ด้วยตนเอง ใช้โทรศัพท์ และหนังสือราชการ ในขณะที่ข่าวสารข้อมูลในเชิงวิชาการของ อบต. ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจะได้รับจากหนังสือพิมพ์มากที่สุด 2. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของ อบต. ของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีความรู้ในระดับมาก มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของ อบต. ของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า ทัศนคติในด้านนโยบายของรัฐนั้นอยู่ในเชิงบวก แต่ทัศนคติในด้านการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาอยู่ในเชิงลบ เนื่องจาก อบต. ไม่ให้ความสำคัญของการศึกษาเท่าที่ควร ขาดความรู้ ความสามารถ และความพร้อมในด้านการจัดการศึกษา และมีความเกี่ยวข้องทางการเมือง 4. การยอมรับเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของ อบต. ของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาไม่ยอมรับการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการศึกษาของ อบต. |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the communication between the high school directors and the subdistrict administrative organization. To study the knowledge of the high school directors about the administration of the subdistrict administrative organization. To study the attitude of the high school directors toward the educational management of the subdistrict administration organization. And to study the acceptance the high school directors of the educational management of the subdistrict administration organization. Researcher employed the qualitative analysis by conducting in-depth interview with 5 directors of high school and 5 executives of the subdistrict administration organization. Questionnaires were used to collect data from a total of 210 of the high school directors all over country. The data were analyzed by using the frequency and percentage to compose the research. The results can be concluded that (1) The communication between the high school directors and the subdistrict administration organization was informal. The objectives of the communication were to inform and persuade each other in order to have cooperation. Schools communicated to help the subdistrict administration organization work in term of educational management and to entertain. The ways of communication were contact by person, calling and official letter. The high school directors most received knowledge and information of the subdistrict administration organization from newspaper. (2) The knowledge of the high school directors about the administration of the subdistrict administration organization was in high level while the knowledge about the educational management was in middle level. (3) The attitude of the high school directors toward the government educational policy was positive but negative toward the educational management of the subdistrict administration organization. (4) The acceptance of the high school directors of the educational management of the subdistrict administration organization was not accepted. |
