dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 50 – 60 ปี บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน) ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 403 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความเศร้าในผู้สูงอายุของไทย แบบวัดความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองของคูเปอร์สมิท ฉบับผู้ใหญ่ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของแบรน์และไวเนอร์ และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพการนอนหลับ ทำการวิเคราะห์หาความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านต่าง ๆ โดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์ หลังจากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.673 (Cronbach’s alpha coefficients )และปัจจัยทำนายภาวะซึมเศร้าในระดับเศร้าปกติถึงเศร้ารุนแรง โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติไว้ที่ระดับน้อยกว่า 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยเฉลี่ยของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 50 – 60 ปี บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน) ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 403 คน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีภาะซึมเศร้าเล็กน้อยจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งมีความชุกร้อยละ 7.4 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความเที่ยงตรง และความน่าเชื่อถือ ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้มีค่าสัมประสิทธ์อัลฟ่า ของครอนบัค (Cronbach’s Alpha) เท่ากับ 0.673 และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าได้แก่ เพศ อายุ รายได้ โรคประจำตัว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมในระดับนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (p<0.05) เป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study was to the objective was to determine the prevalence of depression and related factors in enterprise employees aged 50 to 60 years, the company CAT Telecom Public Company Limited in Bangkok, the 403 queries by using the personal data.
