| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนในเครือภคินีคณะธิดาแม่พระองค์อุปถัมภ์ในประเทศไทย ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 83 คน และครูผู้ปฏิบัติการ 286 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติ โดยการแจกแจงความถี่และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. งานนโยบายและการวางแผน บริหารงานโดย กำหนดนโยบายในการบริหารโรงเรียนยึดหลักความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการศึกษาชาติ และนโยบายของโรงเรียนในเครือภคินีคณะธิดาแม่พระองค์อุปถัมภ์ในประเทศไทย เน้นการพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านความรู้คู่คุณธรรม ดำเนินการโดยใช้แผนปฏิบัติงานระยะ 5 ปี และแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปี 2. งานวิชาการ บริหารงานโดย วิเคราะห์และจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาตามนโยบายปฏิรูปการศึกษาชาติ จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 3. งานบุคลากร บริหารงานโดย พิจารณาคุณวุฒิ คัดสรรบุคลากรตามความถนัดและตามความสามารถพัฒนาบุคลากรให้เป็นนักอบรมตามเอกลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนในเครือภคินีคณะธิดาแม่พระองค์อุปถัมภ์ในประเทศไทย ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนและจัดสรรสวัสดิการตามความเหมาะสม 4. งานธุรการและงานเงิน บริหารงานโดย กำหนดบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบ จัดทำระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ให้บริการและประสานความร่วมมือกับฝ่ายงานด้านต่างๆ ของโรงเรียน และให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารแก่ชุมชนผู้มาติดต่อขอรับบริการ 5. งานกิจการนักเรียน บริหารงานโดย จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมสภานักเรียน ฝึกนักเรียนให้เป็นผู้นำตนเองและมีบทบาทอย่างเหมาะสมในสังคม 6. งานอาคารสถานที่ บริหารงานโดย วางแผน จัดสร้าง จัดระบบการใช้สอย บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเพื่อให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย ตลอดจนเปิดให้บริการแก่ชุมชนตามความเหมาะสม 7. งานสัมพันธ์ชุมชน บริหารงานโดย ร่วมมือกับชุมชนในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและชุมชนตามโอกาสและตามความเหมาะสม ปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ การขาดการติดตามเอาใจใส่ผู้เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องในการพัฒนาการทั้งด้านวิชาการและการฝึกฝนด้านคุณธรรม ความไม่มั่นคงของบุคลากรที่สับเปลี่ยนและลาออกกลางคัน การไม่ถือระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียน และความจำกัดของพื้นที่และอาคารสถานที่ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems of the school administration of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Thailand. The population consisted of 83 school administrators and 286 teachers. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and all data were analyzed with frequency distribution and percentage. The findings are as follows: 1) Policy and Planning, all school policies were normally planned in conformity to those of the national educational authorities concerned and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Thailand. The policies mainly focused on developing both learners' knowledge and virtue domains. A 5-year and an annual plan were used in school administration. 2) Academic Administration, all schools created their own school curriculum in accord with the national educational policy. Their curriculum was emphasized in student-centered instruction. 3) Personnel Administration, personel were recruited, selected and nominated through their qualifications and experiences and then developed or trained to work and behave in accordance with the identity of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Thailand. Personnel welfare was properly provided. 4) Financial and General Affaires Administration, some staffs were nominated to handle the tasks and coordinate with all other departments in schools. Information management system was implemented to serve both internal personnel and the community. 5) Student Supplementary Activity Administration, most student activities were arranged or organized to enhance students' physical and mental health. Student councils were promoted to boost students' self-leadership and proper social behaviors and manners. 6) Buildings and Premises Administration, all school buildings and school premises were planned, constructed,maintained, restored and utilized to facilitate students' learning and safety. The community were occasionally allowed to use the premises. 7) Community Relations Administration, the schools extended cooperation to the community and learners development on an occasional basis. Four problems were found as follows: 1) Non-continuous monitoring of students' progress both in cognitive and affective domains 2) Student non-adherence to students' disciplines 3) Personnel turnovers and untimely resignation and 4) Limitation of space and buildings. |
