| Abstract: | คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนเป็นคลังสินค้าที่จัดตั้งขึ้นภายใต้กฎหมายศุลกากร เพื่อขอรับการส่งเสริมการส่งออก เช่น การขอชดเชยภาษีอากรส่งออก หรือยกเว้นภาษีการนำเข้า บริษัทที่ขอจัดตั้งคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนมีหน้าที่ต้องจัดทำรายงานส่งกรมศุลกากรเป็นระยะ ปัจจุบันคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนส่วนใหญ่มีระบบสารสนเทศที่ดี ทำให้การส่งรายงานเป็นไปอย่างล่าช้าและไม่ถูกต้อง การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการรวบรวม ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลและออกแบบระบบการประมวลผล เพื่อให้คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนสามารถประมวลผลและจัดส่งรายงานให้กับกรมศุลกากรได้อย่างรวดเร็วและทันเวลา ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จัดสร้างระบบต้นแบบโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลแบบเน็ทเวิร์ค เพื่อทำการทดสอบการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลและการประมวลผล ผลการทดสอบสรุปได้ว่าระบบที่ออกแบบไว้นี้สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ มีความถูกต้องและประหยัดเวลา |
| Other Abstract: | Bonded warehouse is the warehouse that set up under Custom’s Act which will gain the export promotion, for example, export taxes refundable, import taxes exempted. The company that has the bonded warehouse is required to submit the periodical reports to the Custom Department. Nowadays mostly of bonded warehouse do not have the well defined information system. This will cause them can not submit report on time. The purpose of this thesis is collecting the information, designs the appropriate database and processing system, which will help the bonded warehouse enable to process the reports quickly, correct and on time. In this thesis also created the prototype database using network database management system and test the designed system. The test result is satisfy, all reports are acceptable and save processing time. |
