| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบสภาพ และปัญหาของการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 4 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพ และปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคลในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเป็นดังนี้ 1. สภาพการบริหารงานบุคคล : โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาได้ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคล ในด้านการพัฒนาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 1 ด้านการธำรงรักษาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 2 ด้านการให้บุคคลพ้นจากงานเป็นอันดับ 3 และด้านการแสวงหาบุคคลเป็นอันดับ 4 2. ปัญหาในการบริหารงานบุคคล : เป็นปัญหาที่อยู่ในระดับเป็นปัญหามาก เป็นปัญหากลาง และเป็นปัญหาน้อย ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนเห็นว่าสำคัญมากมีเพียงปัญหาเดียว คือ โรงเรียนไม่สามารถกำหนดคุณวุฒิ/วิชาเอกของครูโรงเรียนเองได้ และมีปัญหาระดับปานกลาง 5 ปัญหา | en_US |

It was found that personnel administration in elementary schools emphasized personnel development and personnel maintenance. The problems concerned were not serious problems.
