| Abstract: | การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาแบบผู้นำ พิสัยของแบบ และความสามารถในการปรับแบบผู้นำ ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดมุกดาหารมีแบบผู้นำแบบ 2 - 3 (ผู้นำที่มอบอำนาจให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา) มีจำนวนมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ มีแบบผู้นำแบบ 1 – 2 (ผู้นำที่คิดว่าไม่มีใครทำได้ดีเท่าตนและชอบปฏิบัติงานด้วยตนเอง) และมีแบบผู้นำแบบ 2 – 4 (ผู้นำไม่ชอบใช้อำนาจแต่ชอบให้คำแนะนำช่วยเหลือ) มีจำนวนน้อยที่สุด 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีพิสัยของแบบกว้าง และกว้างมากที่สุด รวมร้อยละ 89.71 มีพิสัยของแบบแคบเพียงร้อยละ 1.29 3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดมุกดาหาร มีความสามารถในการปรับแบบผู้นำด้านมีประสิทธิผลจำนวนมากที่สุด (84.92%) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the research was to study leadership style, Style range and leadership style adaptability of administrators in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Mukdahan Provincial Primary Education. Major findings : 1. The leadership style of administrators in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Mukdahan Provincial Primary Education were in the following three styles, ranked according to their scores from hight scores to low scores. (1) Style 2 -3 (Selling - Participating) (2) Style 1 - 2 (Telling – Selling) (3) Style 2 - 4 (Selling – Delegating) 2. Most of the style range were wide and widest (89.71%) 3. Most of the administrators in primary school can be adapted effective leadership style (84.92%) |
