| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทยเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และด้านลักษณะนิสัยของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 5 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทยเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และด้านลักษณะนิสัยของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการค้า 5 การดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามขึ้น 1 ชุด มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจคำตอบ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิด จากนั้นนำไปสอบถามผู้บริหาร จำนวน 117 คน และครูภาษาไทย จำนวน 417 คน จากโรงเรียนรัฐบาล เขตการศึกษา 5 จำนวน 117 โรง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหาร และครูภาษาไทย โดยทดสอบค่าที แล้วนำมาเสนอในรูปตารางประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทยเห็นว่า คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย ด้านความรู้ ได้แก่ ความรู้ทั่วไป ความรู้ในการบริหารงาน การนิเทศ และความรู้เฉพาะงานในหน้าที่ในด้านหลักสูตรและเอกสารการใช้หลักสูตร เนื้อหาวิชา วิธีสอน สื่อสารสอน การวัดผลและการประเมินผล เป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์มาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทย เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยด้านความรู้ได้แก่ ความรู้ทั่วไป ความรู้เฉพาะงานในหน้าที่ในด้าน เนื้อหาวิชา การวัดผลและการประเมินผล ปรากฏว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 แต่มีความเห็นว่าความรู้ในการบริหารงาน การนิเทศ ความรู้ เฉพาะงานในหน้าที่ในด้านหลักสูตรและเอกสารการใช้หลักสูตร วิธีการสอน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 2. ผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทยเห็นว่า คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยด้านทักษะ ได้แก่ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ กระบวนการหมู่พวก การบริหารงานบุคคล และทักษะการประเมินผลงาน เป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์มาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทย เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย ด้านทักษะได้แก่ ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ กระบวนการหมู่พวก และทักษะการบริหารงานบุคคล ปรากฏว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 แต่มีความเห็นว่าทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ และทักษะการประเมินผลงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ผู้บริหารเห็นว่าคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยด้านลักษณะนิสัยเป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุด ในขณะที่ครูภาษาไทยเห็นว่าเป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงมาก ส่วนข้อที่ผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทยเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าเป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุด ได้แก่ เป็นผู้มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต สนใจและเอาใจใส่ในหน้าที่อยู่เสมอ ปฏิบัติงานเสมอต้นเสมอปลายมีเหตุผล มีความยุติธรรมและปราศจากอคติ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูภาษาไทย เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยด้านลักษณะนิสัย ปรากฏว่าไม่แตกต่างกันที่ดับความมีนัยสำคัญ 0.05 |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes : 1. To study the opinions of administrators and the Thai language teachers concerning desirable characteristics in knowledge, skills and habits of the Thai language department heads in secondary schools, educational region five. 2. To compare the opinions of administrators and Thai language teachers concerning desirable characteristics in knowledge, skills and habits of the Thai language department heads in secondary schools, educational region five. Proceures : the researcher constructed a set of questionnaires consisting of check-list, rating scale and open-end. The questionnaires were sent to 117 administrators and 417 Thai language teachers in 117 government secondary schools in educational region five. The data were tabulated and analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test, and presented in tables and description. Findings : 1. Administrators and the Thai language teachers agreed at the high level that the desirable characteristics of the Thai language department heads in the aspect of knowledge were: general knowledge, administrative knowledge, supervisory knowledge and specific knowledge in curriculum and curriculum materials, content, teaching methods, instructional media and measurement and evaluation. There was no significant difference at the 0.05 level between the opinions of administrators and the Thai language teachers concerning the desirable characteristics in general knowledge, specific knowledge, content, measurement and evaluation. However, there was a significant difference at the 0.05 level between the opinions of administrators and the Thai language teachers in the aspect of administrative knowledge, supervisory knowledge, specific knowledge in curriculum and curriculum materials, teaching methods and instructional media. 2. Administrators and the Thai language teachers agreed at the high level that the desirable characteristics of the Thai language department heads were skills in leadership, human relationship, group process, personnel administration and evaluation. There was no significant difference at the 0.05 level between the opinions of administrators and Thai language teachers concerning the desirable characteristics of the department heads in the following aspects of skills : human relationship, group process and personnel administration. However, there was a significant difference at the 0.05 level between the opinions of administrators and the Thai languge teachers in skills in leadership and evaluation 3. The administrators agreed at the highest level that the desirable characteristics of the Thai language department heads was the aspect of habits, while the Thai language teachers agreed at the high level. The desirable characteristics which the administrators and Thai language teachers agreed at the highest level were : being honest, interesting and performing one's duty regularly, being reasonable, fair and having no bias. There was no significant difference at the 0.05 level between the opinions of administrators and Thai language teachers concerning the desirable characteristics in the aspect of habits. |
