| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของวิธีหาน้ำหนักตัวระหว่างวิธีของมอทท์กับวิธีของดีเอสบีของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาที่มีรูปร่างปกติ และกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐในกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปีการศึกษา 2530 อายุระหว่าง 17-27 ปี โดยทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งเป็นพวกหรือชั้น จากผู้ที่มีรูปร่างปกติ เป็นหญิง 406 คน และชาย 404 คน รวมเป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 810 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยทำการชั่งน้ำหนักตัว วัดส่วนสูง วัดขนาดรอบอกขณะปกติและวัดขนาดรอบข้อมือ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS-X ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แห่งสหสัมพันธ์ แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า วิธีหาน้ำหนักปกติของมอทท์กับวิธีหาน้ำหนักตัวปกติของดีเอสบี มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แห่งสหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.95 ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .01 ซึ่งแสดงว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ต่อกันในระดับที่สูงมาก ดังนั้นวิธีหาน้ำหนักตัวปกติของมอทท์น่าที่จะนำไปใช้กับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยได้ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study a relationship of body weight between the Mott method and the DSb method of university students. The subjects of this research were 17-27 year-of-age students, in academic year 1987, from governmental universities in Bangkok Metroplis. The 810 normal physique students, 406 females and 404 males, were randomized by stratified random sampling method. The data was collected by measuring body weight, height, normal chest circumference and wrist circumference and then analyzed in terms of percentages, means, standard deviations and correlation coefficient by SPSS-X programs. It was found that : The Mott method and the DSb method had correlation coefficient equal to 0.95 at the .01 level of significance that showed the high relationship. Therefore, the Mott method was propably valid for determining the university students weight. |
