| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาของการจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เอกสารหลักสูตรนานาชาติ การสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตรนานาชาติ จำนวน 252 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร พบว่าปัจจุบันมีการจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 19 หลักสูตร ระดับปริญญาตรี 7 หลักสูตร ระดับปริญญาโท 11 หลักสูตร และระดับปริญญาเอก 1 หลักสูตร 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติ ด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก ในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีทักษะ ความรู้ สำหรับโลกสมัยใหม่ ด้านสาขาวิชาที่เปิดสอนสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ของโลกในปัจจุบัน ด้านเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรในความเป็นนานาชาติ ด้านการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศเป็นสื่อในการเรียนการสอน และด้านบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาสามารถเรียนรู้ทางด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมซึ่งกันและกัน 3. สภาพปัญหาของการจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ อาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้บริหารส่วนใหญ่ เห็นว่าผู้สอนและผู้เรียนขาดความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ จำนวนตำราเรียนและหรือเอกสารประกอบการสอนไม่เพียงพอ และผู้เรียนมีพื้นความรู้ต่างกัน 4. แนวโน้มสาขาวิชาที่ควรจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติในอนาคตอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า พ.ศ.2543 ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้บริหารเห็นว่าสาขาที่ควรจัดหลักสูตรนานาชาติ ได้แก่ สาขาวิชามนุษยศาสตร์ ศาสนา และเทววิทยา และสาขาวิชาสังคมศาสตร์และพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of administrators and teaching staff concerning the present status and problems of international curriculum implemented in higher education institutions. A descriptive research method was used and the procedures consisted of analyzing the international curriculum, interviewing 35 administrators and collecting questionnaires from 217 teaching staffs. The results were as follows: 1. According to the analysis of international curriculum at the present time, there were 19 international curriculums : 7, 11, and 1 for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor’s Degree respectively. 2. After implementing the international curriculum, the opinion of teaching staffs for “the curriculum and instruction” topic was rated as “high” in the following areas : Curriculum objectives enabling students to gain skills and knowledge for a modern world, Fields of study suitable to the current situation. Curriculum contents possessing internationally, English language used as a medium for instruction and Learning atmosphear encouraging studying in both foreign languages and cross-cultural. 3. Most of teaching staff and administrators gave a point of view for problems of implementing international curriculum as follows : Instructors, as well as students, lacked of utilizing foreign language effectively. There were not sufficient of textbooks and handouts and students’ background were different. 4. The program’ tendency implemented as international curriculum in the next 10 years (2000’s classified by experts and administrators were humanities, religion and theology and social behavioral science. |
