| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันตามเกรดต่างๆ ระหว่างภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนและควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเมื่อพิจาณาต้นทุนการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของแต่ละภาค มีต้นทุนที่สำคัญ คือ ต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ ค่าแรง ค่าดอกเบี้ย และค่าขนส่ง และปริมาณการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันเกรด 3 มีมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ยางแผ่นรมควันเกรด 4 เกรด 5 เกรด 2 และเกรด 1 ตามลำดับ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการผลิตต่อหน่วยงานของยางแผ่นรมควันแยกตามเกรดต่างๆ ของโรงงานขนาดกลางในภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ ปรากฏว่าต้นทุนการผลิตต่อหน่วยของยางแผ่นรมควันเกรด 2 3 4 และ 5 ระหว่างภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนต้นทุนการผลิตต่อหน่วยของยางแผ่นรมควันเกรด 1 ระหว่างภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ของโรงงานขนาดกลางมีความแตกต่างกัน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างราคาตลาด และต้นทุนการผลิตของยางแผ่นรมควันเกรดต่างๆ นั้นปรากฏว่าราคาตลาดและต้นทุนการผลิตต่อหน่วยของยางแผ่นรมควันเกรด 1 2 3 4 และ 5 มีความสัมพันธ์กันค่อนข้างมาก และมีทิศทางเป็นไปในทางเดียวกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to compare the production cost of ribbed smoked sheet rubber, between the Eastern and Southern region of Thailand. This research can be used as a guideline for planning and controlling the cost of production. This study points out that the important costs of production in each region are raw material cost, labour cost, interest cost, and transportation costs. From this study, the quality of the product is classified into five grades. The third grade rubber has the highest production volume, followed by fourth, fifth, second, and first grade rubber respectively. For the medium-size plant, the unit cost of the first grade rubber in the Eastern region is significantly difference from that in the Southern region; however, the unit cost of the second. third, fourth, and fifth grade rubbers are insignificantly difference in the both regions. According to the correlation analysis, there is a positive relationship between the production cost and the market price of ribbed smoked sheet rubbers for all grades. |
