| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ พุทธศักราช 2528 ของกองงานวิทยาลัยพยาบาล กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการประเมินบริบท พบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรมีความชัดเจนของภาษาที่ใช้ สามารถปฏิบัติได้จริงให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม และมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ในวิชาชีพในระดับมาก เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรด้านจำนวนหน่วยกิจกรรม หน่วยกิจหมวดวิชาหน่วยกิตกลุ่มวิชา และหน่วยกิตรายวิชา ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสม เนื้อหารายวิชาต่าง ๆ ในหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน มีความทันสมัย มีประโยชน์ และสอดคล้องกับความจำเป็นต่อการประกอบอาชีพ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลประเมินผลมีความสอดคล้องกับจุดประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นด้านอาจารย์และนักศึกษาพบว่า ปริมาณอาจารย์ในหมวดวิชาพื้นฐานวิชาชีพ หมวดวิชาชีพการพยาบาลกับรายวิชาที่เปิดสอน มีความเหมาะสมในระดับน้อย ด้านนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก สำหรับปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีความเพียงพอในระดับน้อย แต่มีคุณภาพและความสะดวกในการใช้บริการในระดับมาก กระบวนการผลิต พบว่า กระบวนการบริหารมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก การจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์และการวัดผลประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ผลผลิต ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ พุทธศักราช 2538 มีคุณลักษณะทั่วไปและคุณลักษณะทางวิชาชีพ ตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรในระดับมาก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Diploma Programme in Nursing Science Curriculum B. E. 2528, Nursing Division, The Ministry of Public Health. Research findings in context evaluation indicated that the curriculum objectives were clearly stated, practicable, corresponding to social needs and highly concentrated in professional nursing. The curriculum structure was appropriated, corresponding to the students’ needs, and they were found to be useful and necessary for career implementation. The instructional and evaluation activities were corresponding to the curriculum objectives. Input evaluation showed the number of instructors regarding the foundation courses and of profession courses, in relation to the number of courses offered, was lowly appropriated. The students’ readiness was found to be highly appropriated Instructional aids were lowly sufficient but of hight quality and great convenience. With regard to process evaluation, the operation instruction and evaluation process were highly appropriated. In term of product evaluation, the graduates had both general and specific qualifications as mentioned in the objectives of the curriculum. |
