| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ความต้องการและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานด้านสื่อการสอนของศูนย์วิชาการจังหวัด ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ คณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการจังหวัด ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มประชากรจำนวน 35 คน และคณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร จำนวน 255 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับการปฏิบัติภารกิจหลักของศูนย์วิชาการจังหวัด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับความต้องการในด้านการดำเนินงานและสื่อการสอน ได้แก่ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และห้องปฏิบัติงานทางด้านโสตทัศนศึกษา คณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการจังหวัด และคณะทำงานศูนย์วิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของศูนย์วิชาการจังหวัดที่เด่นชัด คือ ด้านการผลิตและการบริการ ซึ่งพบว่าขาดงบประมาณสนับสนุน บุคลากรไม่เพียงพอ และขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเฉพาะด้าน การให้บริการแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องยังไม่ทั่วถึง |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study status, needs and problems concerning instructional media operation of provincial primary education resource center. Subjects were 35 committee members of the provincial educational resource centers and 255 committee members of the school cluster education resource centers. Results showed that level of managing of the major tasks were rated as medium. For the needs of tasks proceeding which included instructional materials, instructional hardwares, and production lab, subjects rated as high. Major problems concerning tasks proceeding were productions and services which were caused by the lack of budgeting and qualifying personnel. |
