| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์ความดันบรรยากาศสูง โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบ Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 25 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มแพทย์ที่รักษาด้วยวิธี HBOT จำนวน 7 คน กลุ่มผู้บริหารการพยาบาลด้าน HBOT จำนวน 7 คน กลุ่มอาจารย์พยาบาล HBOT จำนวน 4 คนและกลุ่มพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานด้าน HBOT จำนวน 7 คน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 รอบ คือ รอบที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์ความดันบรรยากาศสูง รอบที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประมาณค่าแนวโน้มความสำคัญของบทบาทของพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์ความดันบรรยากาศสูง และรอบที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากรอบที่ 2 มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ จัดทำแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันความคิดเห็น เพื่อสรุปผลบทบาทของพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์ความดันบรรยากาศสูง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทบาทของพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์ความดันบรรยากาศสูง ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) บทบาทผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาล HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 11 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วย HBOT อย่างครอบคลุมองค์รวมตามกระบวนการพยาบาล 2) บทบาทผู้สอนและให้ความรู้การให้บริการ HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 9 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการสอนและให้ความรู้ด้าน HBOT อย่างมีแบบแผน 3) บทบาทผู้พัฒนางานและนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาล HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 3 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาและนำเสนองานวิชาการด้าน HBOT 4) บทบาทผู้จัดการความเสี่ยงจากการรักษาด้วย HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 7 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนควบคุมและจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่างมีระบบ 5) บทบาทผู้ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับบริการ HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 6 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วยและผู้ที่สนใจด้าน HBOT 6) บทบาทผู้ประสานงานการให้บริการ HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 6 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคลากรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับดูแลผู้ป่วย HBOT 7) บทบาทผู้พิทักษ์สิทธิของผู้ป่วยที่มารับการรักษาด้วย HBOT ประกอบด้วยบทบาทย่อย 7 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วย HBOT อย่างมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the roles of hyperbaric nurses. The Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) was applied. The subjects included 25 experts including seven physicians involved in HBOT, seven nursing administrators of HBOT, four nursing educators of HBOT and seven staff nurses of HBOT. The EDFR consisted of three steps: In step one, the experts were asked to describe to roles of hyperbaric nurses. In step two, the data were analyzed by using content analysis for developing the rating scale questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were ranked by the level probability of each scenario by a prior panel of experts. In step three, the data from the questionnaire were analyzed by median and interquartile range and then a new version of the questionnaire was developed. The data were analyzed again by using median and interquartile range to summarize the roles of hyperbaric registered nurses. The results showed the roles of hyperbaric nurses consist of 7 roles as follows: 1) The nursing practice roles including patient care of HBOT comprehensive holistic by nursing process 11 items. 2) The educator roles in the teaching process to the individual patient, family, etc. including 9 items. 3) The development and innovative nursing roles including development and HBOT academic presentation of three items. 4) The role of the nurse manager to assess the risk management from the HBOT regarding planning controls and risk management as a system 7 items. 5) The counselor roles of HBOT services regarding advising patients and those interested in the HBOT 6 items. 6) The role of the coordinator for HBOT services regarding coordination with the staff and relevant departments with patient care of the HBOT 6 items. 7) The role of patient advocacy including patient care quality standards in nursing and professional standard 7 items. |
