Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาในเชิงประจักษ์ให้มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพของสถาปนิกในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างซึ่งเป็นชนิดงานและขอบเขตหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายของสถาปนิก ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างสถาปนิกที่ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพในองค์กรผู้บริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างและองค์กรรับจ้างก่อสร้าง โดยจำแนกการศึกษาออกเป็น พื้นฐานเส้นทางวิชาชีพ การเติบโตและการพัฒนาในวิชาชีพ ขอบเขตบทบาทหน้าที่ ทักษะและองค์ความรู้ที่จำเป็น รวมทั้งปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อวิชาชีพและเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุง พัฒนา และส่งเสริมวิชาชีพของสถาปนิกในงานดังกล่าว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สถาปนิกที่ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างทั้งในองค์กรผู้บริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างและองค์กรผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างมีลักษณะการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพและปัจจัยด้านต่างๆที่ใกล้เคียงกันทั้งเส้นทางการเข้าสู่วิชาชีพ ขอบเขตงานในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพแต่ละช่วงของโครงการ ความสำคัญและการพัฒนาทักษะและองค์ความรู้ รวมทั้งปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่าสถาปนิกในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างทั้งสององค์กรนั้นมีความสำคัญต่อการเติบโตของธุรกิจการก่อสร้างและงานสถาปัตยกรรม โดยมีขอบเขตหน้าที่ในการควบคุมดูแลการก่อสร้างในส่วนงานสถาปัตยกรรมของโครงการ สถาปนิกมีทักษะในการมองภาพของโครงการในรูปแบบสามมิติ เพื่อให้เข้าใจถึงความสัมพันธ์ขององค์ประกอบต่างๆในโครงการก่อสร้าง และมีความสำคัญในการตัดสินใจและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆเพื่อกำหนดรายละเอียดขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดของผู้ออกแบบและความต้องการของเจ้าของโครงการตลอดจนผู้ใช้อาคาร ด้วยการนำเอาทักษะด้านหลักการบริหารจัดการมาผสมผสานกับองค์ความรู้ด้านการก่อสร้างและงานสถาปัตยกรรม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ทักษะด้านการควบคุมและการประสานงาน ทักษะด้านการวางแผน ความรู้ด้านการอ่านแบบและประสานแบบก่อสร้าง ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคและวัสดุก่อสร้าง และความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการก่อสร้าง เพื่อทำให้โครงการประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย ดังนั้นการศึกษาหาแนวทางการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมสถาปนิกในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้างจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย ทางสถาบันการศึกษาและองค์กรทางวิชาชีพควรมุ่งเน้นในการสร้างความร่วมมือและประสานงานกันเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมสถาปนิกที่ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้าง ทั้งในด้านการเปิดมุมมองให้เห็นความสำคัญของสถาปนิกที่ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพในงานบริหารและอำนวยการก่อสร้าง ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะและองค์ความรู้ที่จำเป็น รวมทั้งการศึกษาหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพและปัญหาในด้านการเลื่อนระดับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมในองค์รวมและสร้างแนวทางในการปฏิบัติวิชาชีพแก่สถาปนิกในอนาคต
Other Abstract:	This empirical research provides knowledge and understanding the professional practice of architect in construction management and role of architects in law. In-depth interviews used as research methodology, a cluster of architects in executive and constructive department was classified according a basic profession path, development of the profession, scope of works, skills and important knowledge, and problems or obstacles in practice of the profession. So, the objective of the study is to analyze the relationship of various factors as describe and adapt the results to promote and develop in the profession of architects. The results indicated that, all cluster of architects had similar character of profession path, scope of work, skills and knowledge development, and problems or obstacles in practice of the profession. Both of executive and constructive architectural departments are significant to the construction industry and architecture project. The scope of work was controlled the architectural part of construction project. Architects have an imagination to understand the relationship of the various components in the construction project. And important to decisions and coordinate with the parties to set the procedures of process, including the problem can be resolved efficiently in line with the concept and requirement of designer, project owner, and users. Using the principles of management skills combined with knowledge of constructive architecture (which are control and coordination skill, planning skill, knowledge of construction drawing, knowledge of techniques and materials in construction, and knowledge of standards in construction). There are important to achieve project success. So, the study to develop and promote an architect in construction management is so important. Suggestion for further study, the professional education and professional organizations of architecture should focus on coordination to develop and promote architectural practice in construction management, the open perspective to the importance of architect in construction management and develop the skills and knowledge required including a study to resolve the problems in professional practice and the problems of promoting professional license. For develop the architectural profession and guidelines for the professional practice of architects in the future.
