| Abstract: | การทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงามแพร่หลายมากขึ้นในกลุ่มช่วงอายุที่น้อยลง เนื่องจากปฏิเสธไม่ได้ว่ารูปลักษณ์ภายนอกเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความสัมพันธ์ในเกือบทุกรูปแบบ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในเขตปทุมวันเป็นกลุ่มบุคคลที่เติบโตมาท่ามกลางสื่อและความทันสมัยต่าง ๆ ซึ่งทำให้ชวนติดตามว่ามีปัจจัยใดบ้างที่ส่งผลต่อความคิดที่อยากทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงามของกลุ่มบุคคลนี้ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม ความภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม และปัจจัยอื่นๆ ของนักเรียนหญิงระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่6 โรงเรียนในเขตปทุมวัน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคมถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2559 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามบุคลิกภาพ แบบสอบถามความภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง และแบบสอบถามแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบจำแนกทางเดียว และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีระดับแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงามในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 66.4) มีความภาคภูมิใจในตนเองในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 63.3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม ได้แก่ แนวของสื่อที่เสพในชีวิตประจำวัน (แนวบันเทิง แฟชั่น ความงาม) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ปัจจัยแผนการเรียน (ศิลป์ – ภาษา) และการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ของตนเอง (ไม่พึงพอใจ) ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงามอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายระดับแนวโน้มการทำศัลยกรรมเสริมความงาม คือ แนวของสื่อที่เสพในชีวิตประจำวัน (แนวบันเทิง แฟชั่น ความงาม) และแผนการเรียน ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 12.5 |
| Other Abstract: | Nowadays, an increasing number of cosmetic surgery procedures are performed in the adolescence because of their fascination in physical beauty. The group of female students in Patumwan Bangkok School who turn to early adulthood is grown by the civil factors. There is still a question on the persuasive factors which may lead the individual trends to undergo cosmetic surgery. Objective: To assesse their trends of undergoing cosmetic surgery, measures of self-esteem as well as the factors affecting undergoing cosmetic surgery in grade 12th female students in Patumwan Bangkok School by a cross-sectional descriptive study. Materials and method: The data is assessed to two hundred and eighty female students who study in Patumwan Bangkok School. From January to February, 2016 were enrolled by a simple random sampling method. They all completed the questionnaire about Individual Information, MPI (The Maudsley Personality Inventory), Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) and Trend to undergo cosmetic surgery question. The data all were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Result find out that greater likelihood of undergoing cosmetic surgery (66.4%) as moderate level as self-esteem scores (63.3%) Related factors with statistically significant to population included kind of media at the 0.001 level, programmed of studying and body satisfaction at the level 0.05. Stepwise regression analysis showed two major predictors for likelihood: kind of media and programmed of studying with a predictive value of 12.5%. |
