| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการสร้างกระบวนการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันเอชไอวีสำหรับผู้ต้องขังภายใต้บริบทที่จำกัดของเรือนจำ ปี 2553 – 2556 (2) ศึกษาผลของกระบวนการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันเอชไอวีสำหรับผู้ต้องขังภายใต้บริบทที่จำกัดของเรือนจำผ่าน “กิจกรรมอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์และโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์” ปี 2557 ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการศึกษาเอกสารโครงการ ตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2553 – 2556 ใช้การสังเกตกิจกรรมอบรมแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ตลอดจนสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสร้างกระบวนการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันเอชไอวีสำหรับผู้ต้องขังภายใต้บริบทที่จำกัดของเรือนจำ ทุกองค์ประกอบไม่สามารถปล่อยไปตามธรรมชาติได้ ต้องได้รับการออกแบบอย่างดี โดยมี 1. การวิเคราะห์ผู้รับสาร ลักษณะของผู้รับสารที่รู้ล่วงหน้า คือ เพศ คดีต้องโทษ ระยะเวลาการเข้ามาอยู่ในเรือนจำ สภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ ไม่เปิดรับข่าวสาร และไม่เต็มใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และลักษณะที่รู้ระหว่างดำเนินกระบวนการสื่อสาร คือ ค่านิยม ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงของแต่ละบุคคล 2. ออกแบบเนื้อหาสารให้มีเนื้อหาที่จำเป็นและเหมาะสม เน้นพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง มีทั้งทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ 3. ใช้สื่อผสม โดยใช้สื่อบุคคลเป็นหลัก และสื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ประเภทออฟไลน์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ และสื่อกิจกรรม ช่วยเสริมประสิทธิภาพของสื่อบุคคล 4. ผู้ส่งสารต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานมาก่อน มีความรู้ มีทัศนคติที่ดีกับผู้ต้องขัง มีทักษะในการถ่ายทอด และสามารถใช้การสื่อสารได้หลายรูปแบบ ซึ่งเนื้อหาสาร สื่อ และผู้ส่งสารต้องได้รับการตรวจพิจารณาก่อนนำเข้าไปใช้ในเรือนจำ ผลของกระบวนการสื่อสาร คณะทำงานวัดปฏิกิริยาของผู้ต้องขังด้วยแบบทดสอบก่อน – หลังอบรม พบว่ามีคะแนนความรู้ความเข้าใจเพิ่มขึ้น แบบทดสอบประเมินความพึงพอใจ พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจกับกิจกรรมอบรม และการสังเกตขณะดำเนินกระบวนการสื่อสาร พบว่าผู้ต้องขังสนใจ และให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี |
| Other Abstract: | This research has objectives to (1) Study the communication process about HIV prevention for inmate in prison under the limited context during 2010 – 2013. (2) Study the results of communication process about HIV prevention for inmate in prison through ‘AIDs and Sexually Transmitted Disease Awareness Activity’ 2014. This research using the qualitative research method and collected data by study the project documents since 2010 – 2013, used a non-participant observation as well as interviewed the related person. The results showed that: To create the communication process about HIV prevention under the limited context in prison, all components were unable to be left naturally, must been well designed by 1. Analyze receiver; the description of receiver, which foreseeable are gender, the case sentenced, detained period, living conditions, no media exposure and unwilling to join an activity and which realized during the process are values, attitudes and personal risk behavior. 2. Design the necessary and appropriated message contents; emphasize the risk behavior, contained both theoretical and practical. 3. Use Mixed media, mainly in Personal media and use Offline computer media, Printed media and Activity to increase the effectiveness. 4. Sender; must having an experiences, high educated, a positive attitudes, skills to communicate and be able to use various kinds of communication. Finally, message content, media and sender must have been censored before using within the prison. Researchers measure the reaction of inmates by pretest and posttest training activity. Found that inmates have increased the understanding. Also, by the satisfaction survey and observation during the process found that inmates were shown the interest, give well-cooperated and be satisfied in the activity. |
