| Abstract: | วิเคราะห์การลงรายการรายงานการประชุมวิชาการภาษาไทย ของบรรณารักษ์วิเคราะห์ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศ ในหอสมุดกลาง สถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ 26 แห่ง ในด้านการเลือกรายการหลัก การเลือกรายการเพิ่ม การลงรายการบรรณานุกรม และปัญหาในการลงรายการ ตลอดจนศึกษาความต้องการลักษณะข้อมูลจากหน้าปกในและส่วนอื่นๆ ที่ใช้แทนหน้าปกใน ของรายงานการประชุมที่เอื้อต่อการเลือกและลงรายการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ เลือกลงรายการหลักด้วยชื่อการประชุม ไม่ว่าหน้าปกในจะมีหรือไม่มีชื่อการประชุมปรากฏเด่นชัด เลือกลงรายการเพิ่มด้วยนิติบุคคลที่จัดการประชุม และลงรายการบรรณานุกรมรายงานการประชุมวิชาการภาษาไทย ที่จัดอย่างต่อเนื่องแบบหนังสือ ส่วนปัญหาที่บรรณารักษ์ประสบในระดับมาก คือ รายงานการประชุมวิชาการภาษาไทยบางเล่มมีข้อมูลไม่เพียงพอ และ/หรือมีไม่ครบถ้วนสำหรับตัดสินใจเลือกรายการหลัก รายการเพิ่มและลงรายการบรรณานุกรม นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า บรรณารักษ์ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด ต้องการให้หน้าปกในของรายงานการประชุมวิชาการภาษาไทย มีการระบุชื่อการประชุมและสถานที่จัดประชุม |
| Other Abstract: | To analyze Thai conference proceedings cataloging of the central library catalogers in 26 state higher education institutions about the choice of main entry, added entry bibliographic description and cataloging problem. The needs for data from sources of information in Thai conference proceedings were also studied. Findings are that most catalogers choose main entry under conference name for all types of title pages whether conference name appeared prominently or not, choose added entry under corporate body that organized the conference and describe bibliographic information of ongoing conference proceedings as books. Major problem faced by catalogers is lacking of sufficient information for choice of main entry, added entry and bibliographic description in the title pages of some Thai conference proceedings. Furthermore, all catalogers indicated that conference name and location should appear prominently in the title pages of Thai conference proceedings. |
