dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาของการวางแผนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนนทบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงงเรียนส่วนมากมีการวางแผนบริหารโรงเรียน เรื่องที่โรงเรียนได้จัดทำโดยมีความถี่สูงคือการซักซ้อมความเข้าใจในการจัดทำแผนให้แก่คณะครู การกำหนดและจัดทำรายละเอียดของโครงการ การดำเนินงานตามโครงการ และการมีแผนประเมินโครงการ ในด้านปัญหาของการวางแผนนั้นพบว่าเรื่องที่เป็นปัญหาค่อนข้างมากได้แก่การขาดงบประมาณ บุคลากรของโรงเรียนมีงานอื่นมากอยู่แล้ว บุคลากรของโรงเรียนขาดความรู้เรื่องการวางแผน ทราบผลการจัดสรรงบประมาณล่าช้า และนโยบายของหน่วยเหนือไม่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโรงเรียนโดยตรง ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขการวางแผนในโรงเรียนที่โรงเรียนเสนอโดยมีความถี่สูงได้แก่การให้ความรู้เรื่องการวางแผนแก่ครู การจัดสรรงบประมาณให้โรงเรียนอย่างเพียงพอ การให้ครูมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน การติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ การวางแผนเฉพาะเรื่องที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง และการหางบประมาณจากภายนอกมาสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามแผน	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study was to identify status and problems of planning in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of provincial primary education in changwat nonthaburi. It was found that in all planning stages of the school planning which included preplan, plan formulation, plan implementation, and plan evaluation; what the schools have done most were enriching planning knowledge for teachers in schools and the identification of school plan and project requirements. All schools have school plan in accord with requirements set by the changwat office of the primary education. It was also found that problems encountered school planning and planning process consisted of insufficient budget, the school personnel had insufficient time for planning jobs and had little knowledge in planning, budget transfer to school were not intime and incongruency between the changwat office of the primary education is policies and the needs of the schools.	en_US
