| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโครงการการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย 2) นำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโครงการการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเด็นสำคัญที่ควรนำไปพัฒนาเป็นแนวทาง 3 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านนโยบาย กลยุทธ์ และการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบไปด้วย ด้านที่ 1 นโยบาย กลยุทธ์ และการบริหารจัดการ ได้แก่ 1) กำหนดแนวนโยบายการจัดสรรทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ในการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ประกอบด้วยจำนวนครู สถานที่ เวลาและสื่อการเรียนการสอน ให้ชัดเจนและต่อเนื่อง 2) ยกระดับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการสรรหาและคัดกรองคุณภาพครู จัดสวัสดิการเพื่อสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจ รวมทั้งจัดให้มีการนิเทศกำกับติดตาม ฝึกอบรมพัฒนาครู โดยเฉพาะความรู้ความสามารถด้านหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้และการวัดประเมินผล 3) พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้บริหารรวมถึงสนับสนุนให้ใช้การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4) โรงเรียนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือจากศิษย์เก่า ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน สถาบัน องค์กรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและให้มีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนผู้เรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แนวทางด้านที่ 2 หลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล ได้แก่ 1) โรงเรียนจัดให้มีการทดสอบระดับความสามารถทักษะภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนโดยใช้แบบทดสอบมาตรฐานจากสถาบันที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ 2) โรงเรียนกำหนดโครงสร้างหลักสูตรที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรที่ชัดเจน กำหนดรายวิชาพื้นฐานและรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมให้เป็นมาตรฐาน 3) จัดให้มีกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาทักษะ เสริมสร้างความสามารถด้านวิชาการตามจุดเน้นของโรงเรียน และอัตลักษณ์ของนักเรียน แนวทางด้านที่ 3 คุณภาพผู้เรียน 1) ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีนิสัยรักการอ่านและแสวงหาความรู้เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 2) ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนใช้ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและทำประโยชน์เพื่อชุมชนและสังคม 3) ส่งเสริมให้มีการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางวิชาการ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและนำเสนอผลงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งภายในโรงเรียนและระหว่างโรงเรียน 4) ประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ในการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาการ นำเสนอและรับชมผลงาน และทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ในแนวทางด้านที่ 1 และด้านที่ 2 ยังมีประเด็นจุดเน้นเพิ่มเติมสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ที่แตกต่างกันไปตามบริบทของโรงเรียน เพื่อการนำไปใช้พัฒนาปรับปรุงการบริหารโครงการการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการริเริ่มโครงการในโรงเรียนที่ต้องการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียนด้านภาษาอังกฤษ เตรียมพร้อมเยาวชนไทยให้สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในการสื่อสารในเวทีสากลต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | This purposes of this research were 1) to study the present and desirable management states of the English Program management according to the Ministry of Education curriculum standard of schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand, and 2) to propose the approaches for developing the English Program management according to the Ministry of Education curriculum standard of schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. The findings showed that the management approaches included 3 aspects; Aspect 1: Policy, Strategy and Management which is consisting of 1) Educational resource allocation policy should be in place to constantly improve the student quality; 2) Raise the standards for teachers’ recruitment and selection process, salary and compensation, supervision, training and development program for teachers focusing on the curriculum, instruction and assessment; 3) Develop management leadership and skills focusing on the participative style of leadership; 4) Involve alumni, parents, community, local and international networks to support the students in the program. Aspect 2: Curriculum, instruction, and assessment composed of 1) Students’ English proficiency should be assessed by the standardized test from an international well-recognized organization; 2) The content and curriculum structure in the core and additional subjects should be well-built and developed in English language; 3) The extra-curricular activities should be designed to promote students’ English skills, attitudes, and capabilities. Aspect 3: Student quality involves 1) Student should be encouraged to demonstrate their interest to read and seek knowledge in English from various kinds of media and resources; 2) Students should be supported to apply their English skills to help the communities and social activities; 3) Students should be encouraged to effectively create and present their work in English; and 4) Cooperation among schools should be in place to encourage the inter-school activities. It is expected that these approaches can be applied as a tool for planning, self-reflection, and growth in the English Program management of schools under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. |
