dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีฐานะชั้นปีต่างกัน และศึกษาตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในปีการศึกษา 2527 จำนวน 1,151 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามภูมิหลังของนิสิต แบบสำรวจสภาพบรรยากาศในการเรียนการสอน และแบบวัดทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและวิธีวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ ข้อค้นพบมีดังนี้คือ 1. นิสิตชั้นปีที่ต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูแตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2, 3 และ 4 มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูดีกว่านิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 ส่วนนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2, 3 และ 4 มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.กลุ่มตัวแปรอิสระที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูของนิสิตคือบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอน โปรแกรมที่จบ ม.ศ. 5/ม.6 อันดับการเลือกคณะครุศาสตร์ ประเภทผู้อุปการะ สาขาวิชาที่ศึกษา ประเภทโรงเรียน แต้มเฉลี่ยสะสม อาชีพบิดาและภูมิลำเนา กลุ่มตัวแปรทายเหล่านี้อธิบายความแปรปรวนของทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูได้ร้อยละ 10.28en_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to compare the attitude towards teaching profession of Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Education students with different years of study, and to study the relationship between some variables and the attitude towards teaching profession. The samples were 1,151 students from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. The general background information questionnaire, the learning and teaching climate scale and the teaching profession attitude scale were the instruments used in this research. The obtained data were analyzed by the analysis of vari[a]ence and the Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were: 1. The attitude towards teaching profession among students with different years of study were statistically different. The second, the third and the fourth year students had better attitudes toward teaching profession than the first year. The second, the third and the fourth year students did not differ significantly in attitudes toward teaching profession. 2. The variables correlated with the attitude towards teaching profession were learning and teaching climate, types of program of stud[y] at the secondary school (the M.S.5 or M.6) the choice of Faculty selection, students’ patrons, professional subject, type of school, cumulative grade [pointing ] average, profession of father and domicile. These predictors could account for 10.28 percent of the vari[a]ence of the attitude towards teaching profession.en_US
