| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษา สภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการของชุมชน แนวทางการจัดการและนำเสนอระบบจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์เพื่อการศึกษาของชุมชนโดยใช้ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารพิพิธภัณฑ์ และ ภัณฑารักษ์จำนวน 2 คน นักเรียน นักศึกษาจำนวน 24 คน ครูอาจารย์จำนวน 20 คน ผู้เข้าชม จำนวน 109 คน นักวิชาการและผู้บริหารองค์กรในท้องถิ่นจำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติของแบบสอบถามโดยแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์ตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. สภาพและบทบาทงานบริการการศึกษาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์เป็น ดังนี้การจัดแสดงมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับท้องถิ่น มีประโยชน์ในหลายด้านทั้งให้ความรู้ ความรู้สึกภูมิใจในภูมิลำเนาและสนุกสนานเมื่อเข้าชม ใช้ประโยชน์ในการสอนได้ในหลายวิชา 2. ปัญหาและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการบริการการศึกษาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์ปัจจุบันยังไม่สนองตอบต่อความต้องการของชุมชนได้ทั้งหมด ทั้งการบริการข้อมูลของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์ การนำเสนอข้อมูลอธิบาย และการประชาสัมพันธ์ชุมชนมีความต้องการให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่นำชม เพิ่มเนื้อหาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและให้นำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วย เพิ่มการบริการสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ห้องสมุด คอมพิวเตอร์ประสานงานกับโรงเรียนหรือศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียน เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ ผ่านสื่อมวลชนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ของพิพิธภัณฑ์เอง จัดกิจกรรมการแสดง สอน สาธิตเกี่ยวกับศิลปวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และด้านประเมินผลต้องการให้เก็บสถิติผู้เข้าชมและสำรวจความคิดเห็น 3. แนวทางการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์เพื่อการศึกษาของชุมชนสามารถจัดเป็นลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชนเป็นหลัก เน้นไปที่งานบริการการศึกษาและการสร้างเครือข่ายการจัดการแสดงที่เข้าถึงผู้เข้าชมโดยจัดแสดงวัตถุนำเสนอเรื่องราวของท้องถิ่นผ่านวัตถุที่จัดแสดง 4. ระบบจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์เพื่อการศึกษาของชุมชนเป็น มี 4 องค์ประกอบดังนี้ (1) ปัจจัยนำเข้าระบบจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์เพื่อการศึกษา คือ สภาพแวดล้อม สถานศึกษา ชุมชน องค์การบริหารส่วน ท้องถิ่น นโยบายของรัฐ และ ปัจจัยการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์เพื่อการศึกษา ที่ประกอบด้วย นโยบายของพิพิธภัณฑ์บุคลากรงบประมาณ และความต้องการของชุมชน (2) กระบวนการดำเนินงานของพิพิธภัณฑ์ประกอบด้วย การจัดแสดงที่เน้นการให้ความรู้มีเนื้อหา "ของดีเมืองกาฬสินธุ์’' และเทคนิคการจัดแสดงที่ใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ การบริการการศึกษาทั้งในและนอกพิพิธภัณฑ์ การประสานงานในองค์กรกับสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัด และเจ้าหน้าที่วัฒนธรรมในแต่ละเขตพื้นที่การสร้างเครือกับสถานศึกษา สื่อมวลชนท้องถิ่น และองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น และการประชาสัมพันธ์เผยแพร่ทั้งใน และนอกพิพิธภัณฑ์ (3) การศึกษาของชุมชน เป็นสิ่งอำนวยประโยชน์ให้ ชุมชนได้รับข่าวสาร ความรู้ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ วัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และรักในท้องถิ่นของตน (4) การประเมินผล ดำเนินการโดยเก็บข้อมูลสถิต สำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้าชมและชุมชนเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงปัจจัย และกระบวนการดำเนินงานต่อไป |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were to study the state, problems, community needs and propose the management system of Khongdii Kalasin provincial museum for community education. Subjects of this study were a museum administrator, a curator, 21 educators and local organization officers, 20 teachers, 24 secondary and university students and 109 visitors. The instruments of this research were observation form, interviews and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by arithmetic means, percentage, standard deviation and the form of interview was analyzed by triangulation. The results of this research indicated that: 1. In general, the educational service of Khongdii Kalasin provincial museum for community education provided information on the local lifestyle. The local museum was offered several advantages for the visitors: knowledge, feelings of pride about hometown, fun to visit and was also useful for the teaching of many subject areas. 2. There were still problems concerning the lack of educational services provided by Khongdii Kalasin provincial museum. Thus, presently, it had not yet served the whole community needs. There was insufficient information on local goods neither clear explanation nor promotion. The community still needed a guide, more information about the local wisdom, more technological support, reading items, library and computers. Moreover, there needed to be more contact with formal education either non - formal education, more promoting information through different media, creating the museum website, organizing exhibitions, teaching and demonstrating the culture and local wisdom as well as an evaluation or a follow up study after each visit. 3. The management system of Khongdii Kalasin provincial museum for community education could be organized in accordance to the needs of the community and mainly emphasized the education services to present the local history through the local goods on exhibits. 4. The proposed management system of Khongdii Kalasin provincial museum for community education consisted of four components (1) Input for community educational management, which were based on the museum policy, personnel, budget and community needs, was the environment, school, local organization, government policy and management factor. (2) Educational service performed both inside and outside the museum, which consisted of the content of ' Khongdii Muang Kalasin’ and the technique of audio visual aids. Promoting information was provided by co - ordination with the provincial culture office and staff, including connected schooling, local mass media and local organization. (3) Community education was an important facility to provide community members and institutions with information, knowledge and active learning in culture, local wisdom and pride in their location. (4) The evaluation of visitors’ opinions and community needs should be handled to improve the input and process of the management system. |
