dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบลักษณะการสื่อสารเชิง กลยุทธ์ของขงเบ้งและสุมาอี้จากวรรณกรรมสามก๊ก ในสถานการณ์ที่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3 ประเภท คือ สถานการณ์เชิงลบ สถานการณ์ที่เป็นกลาง และสถานการณ์เชิงบวก โดยใช้แนวทางการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์บริบทตามหัวข้อองค์ประกอบการวางแผนการสื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของ Ketchum Inc. รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์บทความของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสื่อสารและการบริหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในสถานการณ์เชิงลบ ขงเบ้งและสุมาอี้ใช้วิธีการสื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อแก้ไขชื่อเสียงและความน่าเชื่อถือของตนเอง โดยขงเบ้งใช้วิธีการ "ถ่ายโอนอำนาจ" ของเล่าปี่มาใช้เพื่อสั่งการกลุ่มเป้าหมายให้ปฏิบัติตาม จนเกิดเป็นการเรียนรู้และเปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติ ฝ่ายสุมาอี้ใช้วิธีการนิ่งเฉย เมื่อมีโอกาสที่จะแสดงความชอบจึงดำเนินการด้วยความ "รวดเร็ว" และในสถานการณ์ที่เป็นกลาง ขงเบ้งและสุมาอี้ใช้การสื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสที่ดีที่เข้ามาหากุนซือทั้งสอง ซึ่งขงเบ้งใช้วิธีการ "ย้อนรอย" แผนการที่เป็นอุบายของฝ่ายซุนกวน โดยเลือกจูล่งเป็นผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางไปเมืองง่อก๊กกับเล่าปี่ และวางแผนให้เปิดหนังสือแต่ละฉบับตามเวลาที่กำหนด ฝ่ายสุมาอี้ใช้หลักปฏิบัติการอย่าง "รอบคอบ" เพื่อทำศึกกับฝ่ายขงเบ้ง ส่วนสถานการณ์เชิงบวก ขงเบ้งและสุมาอี้ใช้วิธีการสื่อสารเพื่อจัดการเหตุการณ์ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อก๊กของตนในอนาคต โดยขงเบ้งใช้วิธีการ "เอาชนะความคิด" ต่อเบ้งเฮ็กผู้นำการก่อขบถแดนใต้ให้อ่อนน้อมและเกรงกลัว ซึ่งขงเบ้งได้ปล่อยตัวเบ้งเฮ็กไปถึง 6 ครั้ง เพื่อให้เบ้งเฮ็กจนตรอกทางความคิดและไม่ต้องการทำศึกต่อขงเบ้งอีกต่อไป ฝ่ายสุมาอี้ใช้วิธีการ "แสดงแสร้งป่วย" จนทำให้โจซองเกิดความคลายใจ เป็นผลให้สุมาอี้ยึดอำนาจทางทหารโจซองได้สำเร็จen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aims at analyzing and comparing Strategic Communication of Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi in The Romance of Three Kingdoms. With 3 kinds situation: Negative Situation, Neutral Situation and Positive Situation by using Qualitative Research Method of Textual Analysis, subjects are analyzed by Components of Strategic Communications of Ketchum Inc. Moreover research also using Document Analysis in journal of Communication and Administration Expert. The Result shows that Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi would plan communication strategy for resolving reputation and trustworthiness problem in Negative Situation. Zhuge Liang used "Transfer Power" method to command his general and Sima Yi used "Fast" technique to organize blitz plan. Then they would plan communication strategy for searching and receiving opportunity. Zhuge Liang used "Backtrack" to plan strategy and Sima Yi used "Cautiousness" to plan strategy. Finally, Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi would plan communication strategy to manage the situation which may affect their party. Zhuge Liang used "Attitude Defeat" to deal with rebel at southern part and Sima Yi used "Sickness Acting" to relieve anxiety and proceed plan immediately.en_US
