| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษาและเจตคติในวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำแนกตามสังกัด เขตที่ตั้งของสถาบันการศึกษา และระยะเวลาของการอยู่หอพัก หาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษากับเจตคติในวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ในปีการศึกษา 2538 จำนวน 439 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษา และแบบวัดเจตคติในวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยประสบการณ์ชีวิตโดยรวมทุกด้านของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ในทุกสังกัด ทุกเขตที่ตั้งของสถาบันการศึกษา และทุกระยะเวลาของการอยู่หอพัก มีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง คะแนนเฉลี่ยรายด้าน คือ ด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านกฎระเบียบและวินัย ด้านส่งเสริมวิชาการ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพและด้าน บริการและสวัสดิการ มีความเหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านกิจกรรมนักศึกษามีความเหมาะสมระดับสูง 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยเจตคติในวิชาชีพโดยรวมของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คะแนนเฉลี่ยรายด้านเรื่องความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อสถาบัน ความภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพ ความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม การใฝ่รู้ ความมีวินัยในตนเองและความมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับสูงตามลำดับ ส่วนการควบคุมอารมณ์ และความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองอยู่ ในระดับปานกลาง ในสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข สภากาชาดไทย มีเจตคติในวิชาชีพโดยรวมระดับสูง ส่วนสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมและมหาดไทย กรุงเทพมหานคร เอกชน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับเขต ที่ตั้ง ของสถาบันการศึกษา พบว่า เขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีเจตคติในวิชาชีพโดยรวมระดับปานกลาง ขณะที่เขตภูมิภาคมีระดับสูง ด้านระยะเวลาการอยู่หอพัก พบว่านักศึกษาที่อยู่หอพักตั้งแต่ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 และ 2-4 มีเจตคติในวิชาชีพโดยรวมระดับสูง ส่วนนักศึกษาที่อยู่หอพักตั้งแต่ชั้นปีที่ 3-4 และระยะเวลาการอยู่หอพักไม่แน่นอน มีเจตคติในวิชาชีพระดับปานกลาง 3. ประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษาโดยรวมและประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษาด้าน กฎ ระเบียบ และวินัย ด้าน กิจกรรมนักศึกษา ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ มีความแตกต่างกันตามสังกัดของสถาบันการศึกษา ทีระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 ส่วนประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษาด้านส่งเสริมวิชาการ และด้านบริการและสวัสดิการ มีความแตกต่างกันตามสังกัดและเขต ที่ตั้งของสถาบันการศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 ขณะที่ประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อมีระยะเวลาการอยู่หอพักต่างกัน 4. เจตคติในวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ เรื่อง การใฝ่รู้ ความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อสถาบัน มีความแตกต่างกันตามสังกัดและเขตที่ตั้งของสถาบันการศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 ส่วนเรื่องความมีวินัยในตนเอง มีความแตกต่างกันตามเขตที่ตั้งของสถาบันการศึกษา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 ขณะที่เจตคติในวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อมีระยะเวลาการอยู่หอพักต่างกัน 5. ประสบการณ์ชีวิตนักศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับเจตคติในวิชาชีพของ บัณฑิตสาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ตั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the students' life experiences and professional attitude of nurse graduates with different jurisdiction, location, residential time, and to investigate the relationships between students' life experiences and professional attitude of nurse graduates. Research sample were 439 nurse graduates in academic year of 1995 selected by multi-stage random samping. Research instruments were students' life experiences questionnaires and professional attitude tests. Major results were as follows: 1. Life experiences mean scores of nurse graduates in total ; jurisdiction, location, residential time were at the medium suitable level, also mean scores in the aspects of responsibility personal interaction, law and discipline, academic promotion, physical environment, service and welfare were at the medium suitable level. While, in the aspects of student activity was at the high suitable level. 2. Professional attitude mean scores of nurse graduates in total were at the medium level. While, mean scores of institutional commitment, professional pride, social responsibility, curiosity, self discipline and human relationship were at the high level, respectively. Those in the aspects of emotion control and self confidence were at the medium level. Under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University, the Ministry of Health and the Thai Red Cross Association ; these in total were at the high level, while the Ministry of Defense and Interior, Bangkok Association, Private Institution were at the medium level. Professional attitude of nurse graduates in location, Bangkok area, were the medium level, but the Regional area were at the high level. In the aspects of residential time the year 1-4 period and 2-4 period were at the high level, but the year 3-4 period and inconsistancy period were at the medium level. 3. Students' life experiences in total and in the aspects of law and discipline, physical environment, student activity were significantly different by the jurisdiction at 0.5 level. While in the aspects of academic promotion, service and welfare were significantly different by the jurisdiction and location at 0.5 level. While Students' life experiences were not different by the residential time. 4. Professional attitude of nurse graduates in curiosity and institutional commitment under jurisdiction and location were significantly different at 0.5 level. While in the aspects of self discipline under location were significantly different at 0.5 level, whereas professional attitude of nurse graduates in total and in the aspects were not statistical different by residential time. 5. Students life experiences were positively related with Professional attitude of nurse graduates both in total and in all aspects, significantly at 0.5 level. |
