| Abstract: | ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้าหน่วยศึกษานิเทศก์ สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ/กิ่งอำเภอ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ หัวหน้าหน่วยศึกษานิเทศก์ สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ/กิ่งอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า งานพัฒนาวิชาการ ที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ การจัดประชุม อบรม สัมมนา เป็นวิทยากร และการนิเทศติดตามผล ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบคือ บุคลากรมีไม่เพียงพอ ขาดงบประมาณ และขาดการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรหรือหน่วยงานในท้องถิ่น ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร งานโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนใหญ่ได้ปฏิบัติงานโครงการแนะแนวในโรงเรียน โครงการประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนและโครงการสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน โดยวิธีการนิเทศติดตามผล ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบ คือ ขาดงบประมาณ งานพัฒนาการนิเทศการศึกษา ที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ การผลิต จัดทำสื่อและเครื่องมือการนิเทศ การให้คำปรึกษา เป็นวิทยากร ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบ คือ ขาดงบประมาณ ผู้บริหารและครูไม่เห็นความสำคัญของการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน งานโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ โครงการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน โครงการนิเทศทางไกล โครงการอาหารกลางวัน โครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยวิธีการนิเทศ ติดตามผล ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบ คือ ขาดงบประมาณ งานวิจัยประเมินผลและบริการ ที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ การจัดทำป้ายสถิติข้อมูลและสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา เป็นศูนย์กลางในการประสานงานการจัดทำสถิติข้อมูลและสารสนเทศทางการศึกษา การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ การเป็นวิทยากร การนิเทศติดตามผล การศึกษาจากเอกสาร ตำรา งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน การจัดประชุมชี้แจงการดำเนินงาน การจัดประกวดสื่อการเรียนการสอนดีเด่น การนิเทศติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตร การให้คำแนะนำปรึกษา การจัดระบบการให้บริการยืมสื่อ การจัดประชุมปฏิบัติการผลิต และใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน การจัดประกวดห้องสมุดดีเด่น การจัดอบรมครูบรรณารักษ์ ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบ คือ ขาดงบประมาณ ไม่สามารถดำเนินงานตามโครงการในแผนปฏิบัติการได้ครบ โรงเรียนไม่สามารถจัดการศึกษาได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานขั้นต่ำ บุคลากรขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ สถานที่จัดห้องสมุดและมุมหนังสือของสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ/กิ่งอำเภอ ไม่อำนวย งานโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ งานกลุ่มโรงเรียน โดยวิธีการนิเทศติดตามผล ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบ คือ ขาดบุคลกร งานวิชาการอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ที่ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติ คือ การจัดทำโครงการพัฒนากลุ่มทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ ปัญหาที่ส่วนใหญ่พบคือ งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายไม่ใช่งานวิชาการโดยตรง |
| Other Abstract: | Studies the task performance of the supervisory unit heads, the Office of the District Sub-District Primary Education. The subjects included the supervisory unit heads, the Office of the District Sub-District Primary Education. The research instrument was questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by using percentage. Research findings were as follows: Academic affairs development, was mostly conducted by arranging conferences, seminars and training courses, being resource person, and follow-up the supervisory project. Problems found were inadequate number of personnels, budget, and lack support for personnels and local office to participate in curriculum development. Related projects were in most cases, school guidance, democratic and co-operative projects. The problem mainly found was lack of budget. Educational Supervision development was mostly carried out by developing supervisory devices consulting and being resource person. The problems mostly found were insufficient budget, lack of administrators' and teachers' attention in school supervision. The related project mostly conducted were schools supervision, ditance-supervision, lunch program, and expanding opportunity for basic education. The problem found was lack of budget. Evaluation and services were mainly performed by being the center and displaying educational statistics and information, studying states, problems, and needs be resource person, follow-up, studying related documents and using research findings in instructional supervision, carrying out meeting, holding a material competition follow-up the curriculum implementation, giving advice, managing system for material service, carrying out workshop for producing materials competition, and in-service training for librarian. Problems mostly found were insufficient budget, lack capability in working as shown in operational project and arranging education to meet the criteria, personnels lacked knowledge and understanding in operation audio-visual aids, inappropriate of the library location and book corner of the Office of the District Sub-District Primary Education. The related project most conducted was school clusters. Problem mostly found was the lack of personnels. Other assigned academic affairs was mostly carried out by administering mathematics skill project. Problem mostly found was some assigned works were not relevant to school academic affairs. |
