| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง ความสามารถในการอ่านและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองกับความสามารถในการอ่าน และการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสาธิตสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในโรงเรียนสาธิตสังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 302 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบวัดความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ดัดแปลงมาจาก แบบวัดความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองของลูซี แมดเซน กูกลิเอลมิโน (Lucy Madsen Guglielmino, 1977:32-35) แบบสอบวัดความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษและแบบสอบวัดความสามารถในการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้น ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยการหา ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตคิดเป็นร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบค่า ทีผลการวิจัยปรากฎดังนี้ 1. นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง โดยรวมทั้ง 8 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลางโดยมีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตเท่ากับ 3.48 มีความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำ โดยมีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตคิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.29 และมีความสามารถในการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลางโดยมีค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตคิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.52 2. ความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.221 3. ความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง กับความสามารถในการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the self-directed learning readiness, English reading and writing abilities and the relationships between self-directed learning readiness and English reading and writing abilities of mathayom suksa five students in demonstration schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis. The samples of this study were 302 mathayom suksa five students in demonstration schools under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok Metropolis selected by simple random sampling techinque. The instruments used in this research were the test of the self-directed learning readiness adapted from the self-directed learning readiness scale by Lucy Madsen Guglielmino (1977, 32-35), the test of English reading ability and the test of English writing ability constructed by the researcher. The collected data were then analyzed by means of arithematic mean, percentage of mean score, standard deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation and t-test. The results of the research revealed that : 1. Mathayom suksa five students had self-directed learning readiness in all eight aspects at the moderate level with mean score 3.48, English reading ability at passing the low level with mean score at the percentage of 53.29 and English writing ability at the moderate level with mean score at the percentage of 61.52. 2. There was relationship between self-directed learning readiness and English reading ability at .05 level of significance with the correlation coefficient of 0.221. 3. There was no relationship between self-directed learning readiness and English writing ability at .05 level of significance. |
