| Abstract: | ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนปลูกสับปะรดพันธุ์ปัตตาเวียสำหรับภาคตะวันออก งวดเวลาคืนทุนพื้นที่ ขนาดเล็ก 2 ปี 11 เดือน ขนาดกลาง 2 ปี 8 เดือน และขนาดใหญ่ 2 ปี 8 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก 3,471 บาท และ 3,364 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนลดเป็น 12 % และ 12.5% ตามลำดับ มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิพื้นที่ขนาดกลาง 8,516 บาท และ 8,090 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนลดเป็น 12% และ 12.5% ตามลำดับ มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ 12,140 บาท และ 11,382 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนเป็น 12 % และ 12.50 % ตามลำดับ อัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริงพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 35.13% 23.27% และ 21.59 % ตามลำดับ สำหรับภาคตะวันตกงวดเวลาคืนทุนพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก 2 ปี 10 เดือน ขนาดกลาง 2 ปี 7 เดือน และขนาดใหญ่ 2 ปี 8 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก 3,097 บาท และ 2,998 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนลดเท่ากับ 12 %และ 12.50 % ตามลำดับ มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิพื้นที่ขนาดกลาง 7,887 บาทและ 7,486 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนลดเป็น 12 % และ 12.50 % ตามลำดับมูลค่าสุทธิปัจจุบันพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ 11,366 บาท 10,668 บาท เมื่ออัตราส่วนลดเป็น 12% และ 12.50 %ตามลำดับ อัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริงขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่เท่ากับ 35.05% 23.60% และ 21.23% ตามลำดับ การลงทุนปลูกสับปะรดพันธุ์ปัตตาเวียประสบปัญหาหลายประการคือ ปัญหาด้านต้นทุน ด้านการผลิตและด้านการตลาด ปัญหาต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายทั้งภาครัฐบาลและเอกชนในการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยช่วยเหลือในการเข้าควบคุมราคาปัจจัยการผลิต ให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรในด้านการปลูกสับปะรดที่มีขนาดและคุณภาพตามที่โรงงานต้องการและจัดให้มีการจดทะเบียนสำหรับเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสับปะรดส่งโรงงานเพื่อควบคุมปริมาณและราคา |
| Other Abstract: | The study is to compare the investment of Pattavia Pineapple plantation between Eastern and Western Regions. Data are collected from 206 farmers in Eastern and Western Regions during 1986-1989. The plantation is divided into small, medium, and large scale respectively. The study reveals that for the Eastern Regions the Payback Period is 2 years and 11 months for small plantation, 2 years 8 months for medium and 2 years 8 months for large plantation. Net Present Value is 3,471 Baht and 3,364 Baht and 8,516 Baht and 8,090 Baht and 12,104 Baht and 11,382 Baht for small, medium and large plantation respectively at the discount rate of 12 % and 12.5%. Internal Rate of Return is 35.13 %, 23.27% and 21.59 % for small, medium and large plantation. In Western Region, the study reveals that the Payback Period is 2 years and 10 months for small plantation and 2 years 7 months for mediums and 2 years 8 months for large plantation. Net Present Value is 3,097 Baht and 2,958 Baht 7,887 Baht and 7,486 Baht, 11,366 Baht and 10,668 Baht for small, medium and large plantation respectively at the discount rate of 12% and 12.5% Internal Rate of Return is 35.05%, 23.60% and 21.23% for small, medium and large plantation. Several problems in 'the area of cost, production and marketing are encountered in the plantation of Pattavia Pineapple. These problems can be solved by the cooperation of both government and private sector in controlling the price of major production materials, providing knowledge and technologies in producing the factory-required size and qualities of pineapple, and producing registration of pineapple farmers in order to control the quantity produced and market price. |
