| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาวิชาการโรงแรม สถาบันเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล ที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่บุคลากรด้านการโรงแรม ต่อหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาวิชาการโรงแรม ในด้านจุดมุ่งหมาย เนื้อหา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการฝึกงาน ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้บังคับบัญชา เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่บุคลากรด้านการโรงแรม ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ในด้านการนำความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านวิชาการไปใช้ ความรู้ความสามารถพิเศษ ความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่บุคลิกภาพของผู้ให้บริการทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาเห็นด้วยกับข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ในด้านจุดมุ่งหมายอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านเนื้อหาเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการฝึกงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความคิดเห็นของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาและผู้บังคับบัญชา เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่บุคลากรด้านการโรงแรมของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ในด้านการนำความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านวิชาชีพไปใช้ ความรู้ความสามารถพิเศษ ความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ บุคลิกภาพของผู้ให้บริการ ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีความต่าง ๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับที่ .05 ในหัวข้อ ที่มีความรู้ในการใช้อุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ถูกต้อง มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวต่าง ๆ และสถานที่ที่น่าสนใจในท้องถิ่น มีความรู้รอบตัว มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องพิมพ์ดีด มีความรู้ และความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ มีความรู้ความสามารถในการปรับตัวเข้ากับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้ มีความสามารถในการสื่อความหมาย มีความสามารถในการประสานงานกับผู้อื่น มีความขยันหมั่นเพียรในการทำงาน สามารถเรียนรู้งานใหม่ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว รักษาสุขภาพอนามัยและความสะอาด ยอมรับความผิดพลาดของตนเอง มีความอดทน เป็นคนตรงต่อเวลา มีจิตใจใคร่ที่จะรับใช้ผู้อื่น และพร้อมที่จะให้บริการแก่ผู้อื่นทุกเมื่อ ตั้งใจปฏิบัติในหน้าที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีความภูมิใจในงานที่ปฏิบัติ เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ทักษะ และความสามารถในงานที่ปฏิบัติอยู่เสมอ ให้ความช่วยเหลือร่วมกับผู้คนอื่น สามารถคบกับบุคคลได้ทุกระดับ เคารพรับฟังความคิดเห็นขอตำหนิ และคำแนะนำจากผู้อื่น และหัวข้อ เป็นที่รักใคร่ และชื่นชมของผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study are to obtain opinions of higher vocational education certificate graduates in hotel business from the Rajamangala Institute of Technology towards the hotel business course objectives, content, classroom management and training, to obtain and compare opinions of the adulates who are working as hotel personnel staff and that of their supervisors towards the following aspects academic application, special skills, capability in carrying out their duties, characteristics of those who give services, attitude towards this career, human relationships. The findings are that the graduates highly agree with the course objectives but with the application of the content, the classroom management and training at the average level. As for opinions of the graduates and their supervisors towards the performances of the graduates as hotel personnel staff concerning the second purpose of this research it is found out that there is statistical significantly difference at .05 level on the following items: knowledge of using equipment at work, knowledge about local tourist spots and other attractions, general knowledge, typing, computer operation, adaptability, communication, working with others, enthusiasm in working, ability to learn new things, health and hygiene, accepting their failure, persistence, being punctual, ready to help and give services, doing their best with their assignments, being proud of their career, trying to improve their knowledge, skills at all times, co-operation, friendliness, accepting criticism and suggestions of others and being favorable and admired by supervisor and colleagues. |
