| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะ คุณสมบัติ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับกับคุณลักษณะ คุณสมบัติ และความสามารถของผู้บริหารโรง เรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 7 ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหารและ อาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 25 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วยผับรึหาร จำนวน 25 ฉบับ อาจารย์จำนวน 346 ฉบับ รวม 371 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน 359 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.77 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมเครื่องสมองกลสำเร็จรูป SPSS-X คำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t - test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บริหารและอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะ คุณสมบัติ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่อยู่ในเกณฑเห็นด้วย 2. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารแตกต่างกันอย่าง มีวินัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหารมีความเห็นด้วย (X ̅ = 4 .27 ) มากกว่าอาจารย์ (X ̅ = 4.14 ) ส่วนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบริหารไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the characteristics, qualifications and work performarce and to compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the characteristics, qualifications and work performance of large secondary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education Educational Region Seven, The researcher sent 371 questionnaires to 25 administrators and 346 teachers of 25 large secondary schools, 359 or 96.77 percent were completed and returned. The data was analyzed by Statistic Package for Social Science X (BPSS-X) in terms of percentages, arithmatic means, Standard deviations and t-test. It was found that; 1.Most administrators and teachers were congruent in their opinions concerning the characteristics, qualifications and work performance of large secondary school administrators that they wery at the agree level 2. Most administrators and teachers were congruent in their opinions concerning the characteristics of large secondary school administrators that they were statistically significant difference at the level of .05, The mean of administrators' opinions (X = 4.27) is more than teachers' (X = 4.14). Their opinions concerning qualifications and work performance of administrators were not statistically significant different at the level of .05. |
