| dc.description.abstract | ระบบเตรียมข้อมูล คือ ขบวนการที่ใช้ในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลชั้นต้น ให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สามารถนำไปประมวลผลได้ต่อไป โดยทั่วไปมักมีคุณสมบัติที่สำคัญ 2 ประการ คือคุณสมบัติในการข้อมูลเข้าบันทึกลงสื่อบันทึกข้อมูล และคุณสมบัติในการตรวจทานข้อมูล ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องมากที่สุดก่อนที่จะนำไปประมวลผล ในปัจจุบันระบบเตรียมข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพส่งมักเป็นระบบที่มีราคาแพง เพราะจำเป็นต้องประกอบด้วยหน่วยประมวลผลกลาง และอุปกรณ์ข้างเคียงอื่น ๆ เช่น จอภาพ ตู้จานแม่เหล็ก หน่วยขับเทปแม่เหล็ก ทำให้ผู้ใช้ที่ต้องการระบบเตรียมข้อมูลที่คุณภาพสูงแต่งบประมาณจำกัด ต้องมีปัญหาในการจัดซื้อระบบเตรียมข้อมูล ปัจจุบันเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ได้รับการพัฒนามากขึ้นทั้งทางด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟแวร์ และราคาของเครื่องก็มีแนวโน้มที่ต่ำลงเรื่อย ๆ จะพบว่าหน่วยงานทั่วไปมักมีเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้งาน หากสามารถพัฒนาระบบเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาใช้กับเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ ย่อมทำให้ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดซื้อระบบเตรียมข้อมูลที่มีราคาแพง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบเตรียมข้อมูลที่ทำงานบนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 ระบบย่อยดังนี้คือ 1.การออกแบบฟอร์มสำหรับป้อนข้อมูล 2.การออกรายงานงานแบบฟอร์มป้อนข้อมูล 3.การป้อนข้อมูล 4.การตรวจทานข้อมูล 5.การตรวจสอบผลรวมของเขตข้อมูล 6.การแสดงสถิติการทำงาน ระบบเตรียมข้อมูลที่พัฒนานี้ทำหน้าที่สร้างแฟ้มข้อมูลสำหรับควบคุมระบบ และแฟ้มข้อมูลของแบบฟอร์มสำหรับป้อนข้อมูล ทั้งนี้การแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงแฟ้มข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะถูกควบคุมโดยอัตโนมัติจากระบบ | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Data entry system is a process of changing data in computer readable form for data processing. Main features of the data entry system are storing of data into machine readable form and the validation, verification of data. A high performance data entry system consists of central processing unit and its peripherals such as data entry station, magnetic tape, magnetic disk. Such a system is always expensive. It is very difficult to make decision in buying one. Today the price / performance of microcomputers is low compared to the price / performance of computers in the past. Data entry software for microcomputer should be one of the better alternatives for data entry system. This research studies features of data entry system available in the market. Six selected subsystems are implemented on a microcomputer. These subsysyems are 1. Form design subsystem 2. Form print-out subsystem 3. Entry subsystem 4. Verify subsystem 5. Batch totals subsystem 6. Production statistics subsystem Control files and form definition files are created and maintained automatically by the system. | - |
