| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนพยาบาลกับตัวแปรทำนายด้านเชาวน์ปัญญา ความถนัด คะแนนสอบคัดเลือก นิสัยและทัศนคติในการเรียน: และบุคลิกภาพ เปรียบเทียบสมการทำนายเมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 1 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ สำหรับนักศึกษาที่เข้าศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2528, 2529 และ 2530 และเปรียบเทียบสมการทำนายเมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 1 ปี 2 ปี และ 3 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์สำหรับนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีที่ 2 และปีที่ 3 ตามลำดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึงปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกรุงเทพ จำนวน 424 คน ตัวแปรทำนายด้านเชาวน์ปัญญาได้จากแบบสอบแอดวานซ์โปรเกรสซีฟแมทรีซีส ตัวเปรความถนัด 3 ตัวแปร ได้จากแบบสอบวัดการสังเกต ความถนัด เหตูผลเป็นภาษา และความเข้าใจภาษา ตัวแปรคะแนนสอบคัดเลือก 3 ตัวแปร ได้จากแบบสอบคัดเลือกวิชา วิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ และภาษาอังกฤษ ตัวแปรนิสัยและทัศนคติในการเรียน 4 ตัวแปร ได้จากแบบสำรวจนิสัยและทัศนคติในการเรียน ตัวแปรบุคลิกภาพ 16 ตัวแปร ได้จากแบบสำรวจบุคลิกภาพ ปีทีไอ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคณูแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นชั้น ๆ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 (เข้าศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2559) เมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 1 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดคือ ภาษาอังกฤษ การยอมรับคุณค่าของการศึกษา คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ การมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น ความเข้าใจภาษา และการสร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้อื่น โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายร้อยละ 42. 40 (R2 =.4240) นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 (เข้าศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2529) เมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 1 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวทำนามที่ดีที่สุดคือ วิทยาศาสตร์ ความเข้าใจภาษา ความถนัดเหตุผลเชิงภาษา และคณิตศาสตร์ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายร้อยละ 28.40 (R2 . 2840) เมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวทำนาที่ดีที่สุดคือ วิทยาศาสตร์ ความเข้าใจภาษา คณิตศาสตร์ วิธีการทำงาน ความถนักเหตุผลเชิงภาษา การชอบสังคม และภาษาอังกฤษ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายร้อยละ 37.42 (R2 .3742) นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 (เข้าศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2528) เมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 1 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดคือ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิธีการทำงาน และภาษาอังกฤษ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายร้อยละ 29.99 (R2 =.2990) เมื่อใช้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 3 ปี เป็นเกณฑ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดคือ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิธีการทำงาน ความเข้าใจภาษา และภาษาอังกฤษ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายร้อยละ 37.58 (R2 = .3758 ) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the relationships between academic achievement in nursing and independent variables such as intelligence, aptitude, entrance. examination scores, study habitat and attitudes, and personality to compare regression equations using one year GPA as oriterion for the students who entered nursing collage in the academic your 1985, 1986 and 1987; and to compare regression equations using one year GPA, two your GPA and three your GPA as criterion for first, second and third your students respectively. The sample wore 424 students from Bangkok Nursing College. The intelligence scores were from Advanced Progressive Matrices test, three aptitude scores were from taste of Alertness, Verbal Reasoning and Reading Comprehension, three entrance examination scores were achievement tests of science, Mathematics and English; four study habits and attitudes scores were from the Survey of Study Habits and Attitudes, and 16 personality scores were from the California Payohologioel Inventory. The data were analyzed by stepwise method of multiple regression analysis. The results were summarized as follow: For first year nursing students (entering in academic year 1987), using one year GPA as criterion, the beat predictors were : English, Education Acceptance ,Mathematics, science, Dominance, Reading Comprehension and Good Impression. The percentage of the coefficient of determination = 42.40 (R2 = .4240) For second year students (entering in academia year 1986), using one year GPA as criterion, the best predictors were : Science, Roading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, and mathematics.. The percentage of the coefficient of determination - 28.40 (R2 .2840) Using two years GPS au criterion, the beat predictors were : Science, Rending Comprehension, mathematics, Work Method, Verbal Reasoning, Sociability, and English., The percentage of the coefficient of determination= 37.42 (R2.3242) For third students (entering in academic year 1985), using one year GPA as oriterion, the best prediotors were : Science, Work Method and English, The percentage of the coefficient of determination = 29.90 (R2.2990) Using thro. years GPA as criterion, the beat predictors were : Science, Work Method, Reading Comprehension and English. The percentage of the coefficient of determination = 37.58 (R2 = .3758) |
