| Abstract: | ศึกษาความต้องการนำอินทราเน็ตมาใช้ในห้องสมุดเฉพาะ ในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ ประเภทของบริการ รูปแบบของข้อมูล และการเตรียมความพร้อมของห้องสมุดในการนำอินทราเน็ตมาใช้ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือโดยสอบถามบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดเฉพาะ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 131 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการนำอินทราเน็ตมาใช้กับงานห้องสมุด เหตุผลที่บรรณารักษ์จำนวนมากที่สุดระบุ คือ ต้องการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ วัตถุประสงค์ที่บรรณารักษ์จำนวนมากที่สุด ต้องการนำอินทราเน็ตมาใช้กับงานห้องสมุด คือ เพื่อเผยแพร่ข่าวสาร ข้อมูลของห้องสมุด บริการของอินทราเน็ตที่บรรณารักษ์จำนวนมากที่สุด ต้องการนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานห้องสมุด คือ บริการฐานข้อมูลของหน่วยงานงานห้องสมุด ที่ต้องการนำอินทราเน็ตมาประยุกต์ใช้ คือ งานบริการสารนิเทศ รูปแบบข้อมูลที่ต้องการให้มีในระบบ คือ ข้อความ สำหรับการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ บรรณารักษ์จำนวนมากที่สุดต้องการใช้ไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แบบหลายผู้ใช้ โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล และโปรแกรมการจัดเก็บและสืบค้นสารนิเทศ ส่วนการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านบุคลากร บรรณารักษ์ระบุว่า ห้องสมุดมีบุคลากรจากแผนกอื่นในหน่วยงาน มาช่วยงาน ทางด้านเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ และบรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการการพัฒนาบุคลากรภายในหน่วยงาน โดยเฉพาะการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้อินทราเน็ต ข้อมูลที่ต้องการนำเข้าระบบ คือ รายการทรัพยากรห้องสมุด ส่วนบรรณารักษ์ที่ไม่ต้องการนำอินทราเน็ตมาใช้กับงานห้องสมุด มีเหตุผล คือ ห้องสมุดมีขนาดเล็กจึงไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ |
| Other Abstract: | To examine the needs for Intranet in special libraries in terms of objectives, types of services and data format; and to investigate preparations for Intranet use. Survey questionnaires are used to collect data from 131 librarians in special libraries in Bangkok The findings are as follows: most librarians want to use Intranet, the reason for use is to provide fast and efficient services relevant to users' need. Teh objective indicated by most librarians is for library information distribution. They also require corporate database service and would like to apply Intranet to information services. Data format mostly needed is text. For computer technology preparation, the majority of librarians like to use microcomputer, multiuser system, database management software, and information storage and retrieval software. For personnel preparation, most librarians indicates that libraries acquire personnel from other departments to assist in computer work. They need in-house staff development, particularly trainingfor Intranet use. Data input required is library catalog. The reason indicated by most librarians who do net want to use Intranet is that the library is small so Intranet is not needed. |
