| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้คือเพื่อศึกษาความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กรในประเทศไทย ศึกษาถึงการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กรในประเทศไทย และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กรที่เป็นระบบต้นแบบ สำหรับช่วยในการบริหารความเสี่ยงของการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กรในประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งหน่วยทดลองที่นำมาใช้เพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้มี 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ปรึกษาซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร และกลุ่มผู้ใช้หลัก แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ มี 3 ชุด ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชุดที่ 1: การศึกษาปัญหาในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรองค์กร แบบสอบถามชุดที่ 2: วิธีการแก้ปัญหาที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร และแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 3: ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อระบบต้นแบบของระบบสารสนเทศ สำหรับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร รวมทั้งในงานวิจัยนี้ได้สร้างระบบต้นแบบ ของระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร ผลการวิจัยจากแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 1 ทำให้เข้าใจถึงความถี่และผลกระทบของปัญหาที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร ผลการวิจัยจากแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 2 ทำให้เข้าใจถึงความถี่และความสำคัญในการใช้วิธีจัดการความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร และผลการวิจัยจากแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 3 ทำให้เข้าใจถึงฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งานของระบบสารสนเทศว่าควรมีฟังก์ชั่นใดบ้าง รวมทั้งยังได้ระบบต้นแบบของระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนทรัพยากรขององค์กร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research are to study the risk in Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation of organizations in Thailand, to study about risk management in Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation, and to develop a prototype of Risk Management Information System for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation. This research is a survey research. Subjects consists of 2 different groups, Enterprise Resource Planning Software’s consultants and key users. There are 3 questionnaires used in this research, Questionnaire 1: A study of problems occurred during Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, Questionnaire 2: Manage Problems of Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, and Questionnaire 3: Opinions toward the prototype of Risk Management Information System for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation. In this research also a prototype of Risk Management Information System for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation. The results from the questionnaire 1 help to understand the likelihood and the impact of the risk of Enterprise Resource Planning implementation. The results from the questionnaire 2 help to understand the frequency and the significant of how to solve the Enterprise Resource Planning implementation risks. Finally, the results from the questionnaire 3 help to identify the required functions of Risk Management Information System for Enterprise Resource Planning Software Implementation. | en |
