| Abstract: | เปรียบเทียบความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ก่อนและหลังการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กธาลัสซีเมีย และระหว่างกลุ่มที่สอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องการดูแลตนเองของเด็กธาลัสซีเมียกับกลุ่มที่สอนตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลศูนย์เจ้าพระยายมราช จำนวน 32 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายและแบ่งกลุ่มด้วยวิธีการจับคู่ ได้กลุ่มทดลอง 16 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเองของเด็กธาลัสซีเมีย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องโรคธาลัสซีเมีย (ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98) และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย (ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่ามัธยฐาน ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนควอไทล์ และสถิติทดสอบ The Wilcoxon Matched Pair Signed-Ranks Test และ The Mann-Whitney U Test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความรู้เรื่องโรคธาลัสซีเมียของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ภายหลังการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กธาลัสซีเมียสูงกว่าก่อนการสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ภายหลังการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กธาลัสซีเมียดีกว่ากลุ่มที่สอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3.ความรู้เรื่องโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมียภายหลังการสอน กลุ่มที่สอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กธาลัสซีเมียสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่สอนอย่างตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมียภายหลังการสอน กลุ่มที่สอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการดูแลตนเอง ของเด็กธาลัสซีเมียดีกว่ากลุ่มที่สอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 |
| Other Abstract: | To compare knowledge and self-care behavior of school-age childre with thalassemia before and after being taught by computer assisted instruction on self-care of thalassemic child, and between the school-age children with thalassemia who were taught by using computer assisted instruction and those by normal health teaching. The sample were 32 school-age childrens with thalassemia at Chaoprayayomaraj Hospital, selected by simple random sampling and matched pair into one experimental group and one control group, 16 each group. The research instruments were developed by the researcher, a computer assisted instruction, test of knowledge in thalassemia (r=.98) and the questionnair of self-care behavior (r=.95). The data were analyzed by using median, quatile deviation, The Wilcoxon matched pair signed-ranks test and The Mann-Whitney U test. The major findings were as follows 1. Knowledge about Thalassemia Disease of school-age children with thalassemia after being taught by computer assisted instruction was significant higher than before at the 0.1 level. 2. Self-care behavior of school-age children with thalassemia after being taught by computer assisted instruction was significant better than before at the 0.1 level. 3. Knowledge about thalassemia disease of school-age children with thalassemia in experimental group was significant higher than control group at the 0.1 level. 4. Self-care behavior of school-age children with thalassemia in experimental group was significant better than control group at the 0.1 level. |
