dc.description.abstractศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานในโรงเรียนคาทอลิก สังกัดอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรคือ ผู้บริหาร ครูหัวหน้าวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา หาค่าความถี่ และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดทำหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดทำหลักสูตรขึ้นใช้เอง รูปแบบการจัดทำ 2 รูปแบบ คือ มีผู้รับผิดชอบจัดทำและมีการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการจัดทำหลักสูตร มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานก่อนการจัดทำได้กำหนดจุดประสงค์ โดยพิจารณาจุดปรุสงค์คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5-6 ของกรมวิชาการ แต่กำหนดเนื้อหาสาระและกิจกรรมจากเนื้อหา ของโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป CAI กำหนดวิธีวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียน โดยยึดระเบียบการประเมินผลตามหลักสูตรพุทธศักราช 2521 (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533) การใช้หลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดเตรียมบุคลากรโดยจัดส่งบุคลากรเข้ารับการอบรม/สัมมนา จัดครูเข้าสอนโดยพิจารณาผู้ที่มีความรู้พื้นฐาน และประสบการณ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ จัดตารางสอนโดยจัดให้ระดับชั้นเดียวกันเรียนในวันเดียวกัน งบประมาณส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่อง จัดอาคารสถานที่โดยสภาพห้องติดเครื่องปรับอากาศ ติดผ้าม่านและจัดให้มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอ จัดนักเรียนใช้เครื่อง 2 คน ต่อ 1 เครื่อง มีการจัดบริการวัสดุหลักสูตรแก่ครูผู้สอน การนิเทศติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตรโดยการสังเกตการสอน ประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรก่อนเปิดเรียนโดยการปฐมนิเทศ ครูผู้สอนจัดทำแผนการสอนโดยวางแผนระยะยาวล่วงหน้า 1 ภาคเรียน ทำบันทึกการสอนล่วงหน้า 1 สัปดาห์ ใช้วิธีการสอนโดยการบรรยาย สาธิตและให้นักเรียนปฏิบัติไปพร้อมกับครู พัฒนาและใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนเพื่อเร้าความสนใจของผู้เรียน วัดประเมินผลการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกต ซักถามระหว่างการสอนและตรวจผลงานหน้าจอ/แผ่นดิสก์/ชิ้นงานหลังการสอน การประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่ดำเนินการประเมินผล โดยวิธีการประชุมพิจารณาเรื่องเนื้อหาในหลักสูตร กำหนดภาคเรียนละ 1 ครั้ง นำผลการประเมินมาใช้ปรับหลักสูตรในส่วนของเนื้อหา ปัญหาในการจัดทำหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่บุคลากรขาดความรู้ในกระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร กำหนดจุดประสงค์ได้ไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้เรียน กำหนดเนื้อหาซ้ำซ้อน ส่วนปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรได้แก่กำหนดแผนการสอนไว้ไม่สัมพันธืกับเวลาที่สอน วิธีสอนไม่สอดคล้องกับกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน และประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ไม่ทันในภาคปฏิบัติเพราะเวลาน้อย ปัญหาการประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรได้แก่วิธีการที่ใช้ในการประเมินไม่หลากหลายen
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo study the state and problems of basic computer curriculum development in Catholic schools under the supervision of Bangkok Archdiocese. The population were administrators, head of academic teachers, and teachers. The instrument used in this research was structured interview sheet. Data was analyzed by using content analysis, frequency and percentage. The results of this research were as follows: Most schools constructed their own curriculum. Curriculums were constructed in two different types; one was by assigned person and another one was by assigned committee. Required data and the objectives of basic computer curriculum for Pratom Suksa five and six were analyzed prior curriculum objectives setting. Content was set according to CAI package program. Evaluation criteria's were set according to the Elementary Curriculum B.E. 2521 (revised edition B.E. 2533). With regards to curriculum implementation; most schools prepared their teachers through attending seminars and workshops. Teachers were assigned according to their knowledge and experiences, class schedules were arranged according to their class levels. Budget was mostly used for computer maintenance. Classrooms were air-conditioned and lighting installation. Each computer was provided for two students, curriculum materials were provided for teacher. Supervision was conducted through classroom observation. Public relations were organized through orientation. Semester-lesson plans and weekly-instructional plans were prepared by teachers. Lecture, demonstration, and students-teacher participation were among teaching techniques which mostly used, instructional aids were used during instruction. Evaluation was conduct through observation, questioning, and student's works. With regards to curriculum evaluation; most schools conduct it through meeting and content analysis in order to modify content. Regarding to the problems encountered, the findings showed that most schools lack of qualified personnel at the curriculum construction stage which caused inappropriated objectives and content overlapping. At the implementation stage schools faced with the problem inappropriated instructional plans, and inadequated teaching techniques while inappropriated evaluation technique was reported to be a problem in curriculum evaluation.en
