| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงปรารถนาของศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นได้ส่งไปยัง ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาพลานามัยและครูพละศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 240 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 232 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.67 ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเป็นสายคู่โดยวิธีหาค่าของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้งผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูพลศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่าศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาควรจะมีลักษณะที่พึงปรารถนาในด้านต่อไปนี้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาควรจะมีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่สามารถปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรักและศรัทธาในวิชาชีพพลศึกษา มีความตรงต่อเวลา ขยันและอุทิศเวลาให้กับงาน ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาควรจะมีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่มีสุขภาพ แข็งแรง ร่าเริง ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเสมอและมีอารมณ์ขัน มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ ศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาควรจะมีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับบุคคลและสภาพแวดล้อมได้ดี มีความจริงใจต่อผู้อื่น และให้ความช่วยเหลือเมื่อมีโอกาสอันควร ใจกว้าง เป็นกันเอง เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี เป็นมิตรกับบุคคลอื่นทั่วไป ด้านความประพฤติ ศีลธรรม จรรยา ศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ควรจะมีคุณลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่จะรักษาจรรยาบรรณของครู มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีคติธรรมประจำใจ มีความประพฤติดีมีศีลธรรมจรรยา ปฏิบัติตนเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีแก่ครูพลศึกษา มีความเคารพในสิทธิของผู้อื่น ไม่ใช้ตำแหน่งหน้าที่เพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนตัว มีระเบียบวินัยในตนเอง ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ ศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาควรจะมีลักษณะเป็นผู้ที่มีเหตุผลรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น มีความเป็นประชาธิปไตย มีความกล้าหาญ กล้ารับผิดชอบ กล้าตัดสินใจ และเชื่อมันในตนเอง มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงปรารถนาของศึกษานิเทศก์สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of administrators, heads of the section and physical education teachers on disirable characteristics of physical education supervisors. Questionnairs were constructed by the researcher and sent to 240 administrators, heads of the section and physical education teachers in secondary schools. Two hundred and thirty-two questionnaires (96.67%) were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. One-way analysis of Variance and Scheffe Multiple Comparison Method were employed to determine the significant differences. It was found that administrators, head of the section and physical education teachers agreed that most disirable characteristics of physical education supervisors should be as follows : On Working and Functioning Aspect : Physical education supervisor should have the characteristic of loving his work and having faith on it, being punctual, diligent, and devoting time to his work. Personality Aspect : Physical education supervisor should have the characteristic of being healthy, cheerful, humorus and enthersiastic. Human Relationship Aspect : Physical education supervisor should have the characteristic of being able to adapt himself very well to other people and his environment, being sincere to others and also helping others when available, being broad-minded and friendly with other people. Moral Aspect : Physical education supervisor should have the characteristic of comforming to teacher ethic, being honest, having good conduct and good moral, conducting himself as a good example to other persons, respecting to others' right, being fair to the other and being well-behaved. Leadership Aspect : Physical education supervisor should have the characteristic of being reasonable, listening to other persons, being democratic, courageous, decisive, self-confidence, initiative and productive. As a resault of one-way analysis of varience, it was also found that there was a significant difference at the .05 level between the opinions of administrators, heads of the section, and physical education teachers on desirable characteristics of physical education supervisors. | - |
