dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวัง เกี่ยวกับการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถาม 103 ฉบับ ไปยังผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 99 ฉบับ (96.12%) นำแบบสอบถามกลับมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า ‘ที’ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนคาดหวังว่าการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ยกเว้นการช่วยเหลือนักเรียนพิการ และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพครูที่ผู้บริหารคาดหวังในระดับดี 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนรับรู้ว่าสภาพที่เป็นจริงของการจัดบริการสุขภาพในด้านการบันทึกสุขภาพ การปฐมพยาบาลและการรักษาพยาบาล การจัดโภชนาการในโรงเรียน การป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดต่อ การชั่งน้ำหนักและวัดส่วนสูง โครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนและการแนะแนวสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการตรวจสุขภาพนักเรียน การวัดสายตาและทดสอบการได้ยิน การช่วยเหลือนักเรียนพิการ และการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพครูอยู่ในระดับต่ำ 3) ผู้บริหารรับรู้ว่าสภาพความคาดหวังของการจัดบริการสุขภาพ สูงกว่าสภาพที่เป็นจริงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to compare the actual states and expected states of school health service management as perceived by school administrators in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. The 103 questionnaires were sent to school administrators. Ninetynine questionnaires (96.12%) were returned and then were analyzed in terms of percentages, means, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings : 1. School administrators expected that school health service management in all areas were in very good level except the two areas of assisting handicapped students and teachers’ health promotion were in the good level. 2. School administrators perceived that the actual states of school health service management in the areas of health records, first aid and treatment, school nutrition, communicable disease prevention and control, height and weight measurement, school safety program and health guidance were in the good level and in the areas of student health examination vision screening and hearing test, assisting handicapped students and mental health promotion were in the fair level but in the area of teachers’ promotion was in the poor level. 3. School administrators perceived that the expected states of the school health service management in all areas were higher than the actual states at the .05 level significance.
