| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1, 2 และ 3 หลักสูตรปริญญาตรี ประจำการศึกษา 2525 ของสถานศึกษาพยาบาล กองงานวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ที่อยู่ในต่างจังหวัด และสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม ทำการสุ่ม สถานศึกษาพยาบาล กองงานวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ที่อยู่ในต่างจังหวัดมา 4 สถาบัน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ส่วนสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมได้นำมาทั้งหมด 3 สถาบัน และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร จากนักศึกษาพยาบาลในแต่ละชั้นปี ของแต่ละสถานศึกษาพยาบาลจากทั้งสองสังกัด โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบระบบมาปีละ 20 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งหมด 411 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ “แบบสอบวัดความกล้าแสดงออกระดับวิทยาลัย” ซึ่ง แปล และดัดแปลงมาจาก เดอะ คอเร็จ เซลฟ์-เอ็กซ์เพรสชั่น สเกล ของ จอนห์ พี กาแลชซี่ และคณะ โดยวงพักตร์ ภู่พันธ์ศรี ความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.88 ผู้วิจัยได้หาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบนี้ ปรากฏว่ามีค่าเท่ากับ 0.778 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติ คือ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง และการทดสอบของนิวแมนคูลส์ ผลของการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงออกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของตนเองชั้นปีที่ 1,2 และ 3 ของสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม และสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขที่อยู่ในต่างจังหวัด ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 และนักศึกษาพยาบาลของทั้งสองสังกัด เป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมาก 2. พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงออกของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของตนเองของสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม และสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังต่อไปนี้ 2.1 พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ของทั้งสองสังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 แต่นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ของสถานศึกษาพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับน้อย ในขณะที่นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ของกระทรวงกลาโหม เป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมาก 2.2 พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 ของทั้งสองสังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งสองสังกัดเป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมาก 2.3 พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 ของทั้งสองสังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งสองสังกัดเป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมาก 3. พฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 และปีที่ 3 ของทั้งสองสังกัด แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งสองสังกัดเป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมาก อย่างไรก็ตามนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 เป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมกล้าแสดงในระดับมากเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study the Assertive Behavior of student nurses as perceived by themselves. The samples were the first, the second, and the third year student nurses of 1982 academic year from four provincial nursing colleges, Division of Nursing College, the Ministry of Public Health, and from three nursing colleges, the Ministry of Defence. The samples were drawn by simple and systematic random sampling. The samples were 411 student nurses. The questionnaire used in this research was “The College Self-Expression Scale” developed by John P. Galassi and others and it was translated into Thai by Wongpak Pupansri. The content validity was done and it’s reliability was 0.88. Then, it’s reliability was re-tested by the researcher, it was 0.778. Arithematic mean, percentage, two way analysis of varience, and Newman Keuls-test were used to analyse collected data. The results of the research were as follow: 1. There was no statistically significant difference between Assertive Behavior as perceived by the first, the second and the third year student nurses of the nursing colleges, the Ministry of defence, and the provincial nursing colleges, Division of Nursing colleges, the Ministry of Public Health at the 0.5 level, and Assertive Behavior of student nurses of both Ministries were at high level. 2. Assertive Behavior as perceived by student nurses of nursing colleges, The Ministry of Defence and by student nurse in the provincial nursing colleges, Division nursing colleges, The Ministry of Public Health were not statistically significant as the following: 2.1 Assertive Behavior as perceived by the first year student nurses of both Ministries were not statistically significant at the 0.5 level, but Assertive Behavior of the first year student nurses of the Ministry of Public Health was at the low level, while the first year student nurse of the Ministry of Defence was at the high level. 2.2 Assertive Behavior as perceived by the second year student nurses of both Ministries were not statistically significant at the 0.5 level and both were at the high level. 2.3 Assertive Behavior as perceived by the third year student nurses of both Ministries were not statistically significant at the .05 level and both were at the high level. 3. There was statistically significant difference between Assertive Behavior as perceived by the first and the third year student nurses of both Ministries at 0.5 level, and both were at the high level. However Assertive behavior as perceived by the third year was at the higher level comparing with the first year. | |
