dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพพื้นฐานและศักยภาพในการพัฒนาของจังหวัดสระบุรีในด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตลอดถึงปัญหาต่างๆ ของพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบและแนวทางการพัฒนาจังหวัดต่อไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่าจังหวัดสระบุรีมีความได้เปรียบจังหวัดอื่นอีกหลายจังหวัด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทำเลที่ตั้งของจังหวัดที่เป็นชุมทางการขนส่ง อยู่ใกล้แหล่งตลาด เป็นแหล่งทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ ในด้านเศรษฐกิจมีการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะในภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่มีสัดส่วนการผลิตมากกว่าร้อยละ 50 ทั้งนี้เพราะจังหวัดสระบุรีมีความพร้อมในด้านต่างๆ และเป็นเขตส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากรัฐบาล อย่างไรก็ตามจังหวัดสระบุรีก็มีปัญหาและข้อจำกัดหลายประการที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ สภาพภูมิประเทศทางตะวันออกที่เป็นป่าเป็นเขายากต่อการพัฒนา และมีปัญหาด้านการบริการสังคม โดยเฉพาะด้านการศึกษายังขาดความบกพร่องในการเตรียมคนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานซึ่งกำลังมีความต้องการมาก โดยเฉพาะแรงงานที่มีฝีมือทางด้านอุตสาหกรรม ดังนั้น วิทยานิพนธ์จึงได้นำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนา และแนวทางการพัฒนาจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยส่วนรวมและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเป็นรายสาขาสำคัญๆ อันได้แก่ แนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรดิน แนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำ การพัฒนาด้านการเกษตร การพัฒนาด้านอุตสาหกรรม การพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยว การพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การพัฒนาชนบท และการพัฒนาด้านบริการสังคม
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study is to concerning about the fundamental and potentials in development of Saraburi province in physically, economically, and socially through in various problems of the area. Therefore, for submit the form and the way of provincial development aclordingly. For the result of study and found that Saraburi province is an advantage more than the other provinces. Not only for location of it. In which is transportation junction. It is closed to the martet place. It is the source of the natural resource in industrial region which having a proportion of production more than percent of 50. So on account of Saraburi province is ready in variety of ways. And it is the area of promoting investment from government. However, Saraburi is still having problem and limitation in very significant way which is the geographical condition of the east as mountainous ridge and jungle. It is very difficult to bevelope and in social service particularly in studying of still lacking of short-coming so far in prepearation of the people entering into labour market anyway in which is very much requirement. Parncularly the labour who is very experience such thing in industry. So this thesis is to propose the development from and the way of Saraburi province development in unity and to hand over the purpose of important development which is in the way of natural resource, in the way of water source, in agriculture, industry, tourism, environment, in rural area and the development of social service.
