dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบของสมรรถภาพของหัวหน้าสำนักงานกลุ่มโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 1 ตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน และผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย หัวหน้าสำนักงานกลุ่มโรงเรียน 89 คน ครูวิชาการกลุ่มโรงเรียน 234 คน และผู้บริหาร 282 คน รวมจำนวน 605 คน ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสมรรถภาพที่สำคัญของหัวหน้าสำนักงานกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สร้างขึ้นเอง มีจำนวนข้อกระทงทั้งสิ้น 106 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์การกระจายของแต่ละตัวแปร และวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบภาพพจน์ และหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออธอโกนอลด้วยวิธีแวรีแมกซ์ โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม SPSS-x ข้อค้นพบมีดังนี้คือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้พบตัวประกอบที่สำคัญของสมรรถภาพของหัวหน้าสำนักงานกลุ่มโรงเรียน 3 ตัว ประกอบ ซึ่งเรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญดังนี้คือ 1. ตัวประกอบด้านงานวิชาการ เป็นตัวประกอบที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุด ประกอบไปด้วยตัวแปร ความรู้ความสามารถด้านงานวิชาการ 33 ตัวแปร มีความแปรปรวนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.8 2. ตัวประกอบด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และการประสานงาน ประกอบไปด้วยตัวแปรที่สำคัญ 30 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ตัวแปรความรู้ความสามารถด้านงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรเงรียนกับชุมชน ตัวแปรด้านงานกิจการนักเรียน ตัวแปรด้านงานอาคารสถานที่ และตัวแปรด้านกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรมีความแปรปรวนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.4 3. ตัวประกอบด้านงานธุรการและบุคลากร ประกอบไปด้วยตัวแปรที่สำคัญ 21 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ตัวแปรความรู้ความสามารถด้านงานธุรการและการเงิน และตัวแปรด้านงานบุคลากร มีความแปรปรวน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.2	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the factors of the competencies of the chiefs of school-cluster offices in elementary schools in educational region one as perceived by themselves, school-cluster academic teachers and administrators. The 605 subjects were 89 chiefs of school-cluster offices, 234 school-cluster academic teachers and 282 administrators. The instrument employed for collecting data was a 106 item questionair constructed by .the researcher. The obtained data were analyzed by using the SPSSͯ computer program to compute mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation for each variable. The image factoring method and the varimax rotation was also used for data analysis. The finding was: There were 3 dominant factors of the competencies of the chiefs of school-cluster offices arranged from the most to the less importance: l. The academic factor consisted of 33 variables of academic ability. Percent of variance was 52.8 2. The public communication and organization factor consisted of 30 important variables such as the ability in community relations, ability in pupil personnel affairs, ability in school plants and sites affairs and ability in curriculum activities. Percent of variance was 5.4 3. The business and personnel management factor consisted of 21 important variables such as the ability in general administration and school finance affairs and the ability in personnel affairs.
