| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ 2. เพื่อสำรวจคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน และคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิต ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ตามทัศนะของบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชา 4. เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ 5. เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ เกี่ยวกับการจัดหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตของวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ สมมุติฐานในการวิจัย ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน และคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิตในทัศนะของบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชา โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และไม่แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรในการวิจัยเป็นบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ จำนวน 270 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตอีก 270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบประเมินค่า แบบการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และแบบปลายเปิด แบบสอบถาม ส่งไปให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรจำนวน 540 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนเป็นฉบับที่สมบูรณ์ 408 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.56 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, การทดสอบค่าที ค่าร้อยละ และการให้คะแนนเพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ผลการวิจัย 1. ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน และคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยครูภาคใต้ ในทัศนะของบัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน 2. การเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน และคุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิต ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 2.1 ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตในด้านวิชาการ และทักษะในการสอน และด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ในทัศนะของบัณฑิตและผู้บังคับบัญชา มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน 2.2 คุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครูของบัณฑิต ในด้านบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมในการเป็นครู และเจตคติต่ออาชีพครู ในทัศนะของบัณฑิต และผู้บังคับบัญชามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมุติฐาน 3. ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ คือ ขาดวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการสอน การบริหารงานในหน่วยงานยังไม่เป็นระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ขาดขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน 4. ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์บัณฑิตของวิทยาลัยครูบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า (1) ควรปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาในปัจจุบัน (2) อาจารย์ควรใช้วิธีสอนและกิจกรรมหลายๆ แบบที่เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาวิชา (3) การนิเทศการฝึกสอนของอาจารย์นิเทศ และครูพี่เลี้ยงควรกระทำบ่อยๆ และต่อเนื่องกัน (4) ควรมีศูนย์วัสดุอุปกรณ์การสอนประจำภาควิชา และ (5) การคัดเลือกนักศึกษาควรผ่านการทดสอบเจตคติต่ออาชีพครูทั้งข้อเขียนและการสัมภาษณ์ |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes: 1. To study the levels of performance of graduates from southern teacher colleges. 2. To survey the characteristic of graduate from southern teachers colleges. 3. To compare the opinions of graduates and superiors concerning the performance and characteristic of graduates from southern teacher colleges. 4. To survey the problems and obstacles in working of graduates from southern teacher colleges. 5. To survey the points of view and suggestions of graduates from southern teachers colleges concerning the management of the Bachelor of Education degree program in the southern colleges Hypothesis: The opinions of graduates and superiors concerning the performance and characteristic of graduates from southern teachers are at above average and not significantly different. Research Methodology: The sample of the research consisted of 270 graduates of southern teachers colleges and 270 superiors of graduates. The instruments used in the research included the following forms of questionnaire: a checklist, rating scale, ranking of item and open-ended. A total 540 questionnaires were sent out and 408 or 75.56 percent were returned and analysed by using of arithmetic mean (X̅), standard diviation (S.D.), percentage and ranking of items and t-test. Findings: 1. The opinions of graduates and superiors coneerning the levels of performance and the characteristic of graduates of southern teachers colleges were at above average. Therefore, the hypothesis was accept. 2. The Comparison of the opinions of graduates and superiors concerning the performance and characteristic were as follows: 2.1 The opinions of graduates and superiors concerning the performance of graduates in the areas of academic competence and instructional skills and human relation were not significantly different Therefore, the hypothesis was accept. 2.2 The opinions of graduates and superiors concerning the characteristic of graduates in the areas of personality and attitude toward teaching career were significanty different, therefore, the hypothesis was reject. 3. The problems in working of the graduates were listed as follows: the lack of instructional materials, the ineffective administrational system and having low morale. 4. The graduates suggested for improving management of Bachelor of Education degree program as follows: (1) the Bachelor of Education degree program should be improved in order to concordance with the Elementary and Secondary School Curriculum; (2) the college instructors should use the various methods of teaching and appropriate activities for each subject matter; (3) the supervision of student teaching should be performed continually by college supervisor and cooperating teachers; (4) the instruction materials center should be organized in each department; and (5) the procedures of selecting the students to the teaching career program should be improved by using of the attitude test in both written form and interview. |
