| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการของครูภาษาไทย ตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างการรับรู้ของตนเอง ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียน เกี่ยวกับการ ปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการ ของครูภาษาไทย ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูภาษาไทย 226 คน ผู้บริหาร 104 คน และนักเรียน 387 คน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสุ่มมาจากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 1 ปีการศึกษา 2530 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1. ครูภาษาไทย ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่รับรู้ว่า ครูภาษาไทยปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการทุกด้าน ส่วนการรับรู้ว่า ครูภาษาไทยไม่ปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการมีเพียงครูภาษาไทยและนักเรียนส่วนน้อย ที่รับรู้ว่า ครูภาษาไทยไม่ปฏิบัติตาม 2. ครูภาษาไทย ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียน รับรู้ว่า ครูภาษาไทยปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการ มากทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านความรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ที่ครูภาษาไทยรับรู้ว่า ครูภาษาไทยปฏิบัติตามมากที่สุด 3.ครูภาษาไทย ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนรับรู้การปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมพื้นฐาน 5 ประการ ของครูภาษาไทย ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกด้าน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the practice of the five basic values of Thai language teachers as perceived by themselves, administrators and students. 2) to compare the practice of the five basic values of Thai language teachers as perceived by themselves, administrators and students. Samples comprised of 226 teachers, 104 administrators and 38? students were randomly selected from secondary schools, educational region one, in academic year of 1987. A rating scale questionnaire used in this research was designed by the researcher. The findings were as follows: 1.The Thai language teachers, administrators and students perceived that Thai language teachers practiced the five basic values in every aspect. The minority Thai language teachers and students perceived that Thai language teachers did not practice the five basic values. 2.The Thai language teachers, administrators and students perceived that Thai language teachers practiced the five basic values at the high level in every aspect except the aspect of love of nation, religion and royalty was rated highest by Thai language teachers. 3.The perception of all five items of basic values of the three groups, namely Thai language teachers, administrators and students differed significantly at the level of .01. |
