| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตามตัวแปรเพศ และเขตที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน (ในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล) ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง ตัวอย่างประชากร ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 480 คน เป็นเพศชาย 240 คน และเพศหญิง 240 คน จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ในเขตการศึกษา 11 จำนวน 48 โรงเรียน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 480 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า "ที" (t-test) ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารอยู่ในระดับดี นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิง และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาล หรือสุขาภิบาล มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารอยู่ในระดับดี นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิงมีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารอยู่ในระดับดี นักเรียนชายกับนักเรียนหญิงมีการปฏิบัติแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นักเรียนในโรงเรียนในเขตกับนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคอาหารไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the study were to investigate and to compare the knowledge, attitude and practice concerning food consumption of Prathom Suksa Six students. The independent variables were sexes and school locations (inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools). Four hundred and eighty students, 240 boys and 240 girls of Prathom Suksa Six from 48 primary schools under the Jurisdiction of the office of the National Primary Education Commission in Educational Region 11 were randomly sampled. Students were asked to respond to the questionnaires developed by the researcher. All or 100 percent of the questionnaires were returned and then analyzed to obtain percentages, means and standard deviations. A t-test was applied to determine the significant differences. The finding were as follows: 1. The students’ knowledge of food consumption was in the good level. There were statistically significant differences at .05 level between 1) male and female students, and 2) students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area school on knowledge of food consumption. 2. The students' attitude of food consumption was in the good level. There was no statistically significant difference at .05 level between male and female students, but there was statistically significant at 0.5 level between students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area school on attitude of food consumption. 3. The students' practice of food consumption was in the good level. There was statistically significant difference at .05 level between male and female students, but there was no statistically significant difference at .05 level between students inside and outside the municipal or sanitary district area schools on practice of food consumption. |
