| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงกระบวนการคัดเลือกพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว จากโครงการพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว 7 สี และเพื่อทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการคัดเลือกพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าวจากโครงการดังกล่าว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการขั้นตอนในการคัดเลือกพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว จากโครงการพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว 7 สี สามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 5 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ 1.ขั้นตอนการวางแผนและนโยบายของโครงการ 2.ขั้นตอนการรับสมัครถึงการคัดเลือกในรอบแรก 3.ขั้นตอนการฝึกอบรมผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกรอบแรก 4.ขั้นตอนการทดสอบเพื่อการคัดเลือกขั้นสุดท้าย และ 5.ขั้นตอนการสอบสัมภาษณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการคัดเลือกพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว จากโครงการพิธีกรและผู้ประกาศข่าว 7 สี มีดังนี้ ปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุดทางด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครในรอบแรกมี 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1.เสียงพูดชัดเจนแจ่มใส ออกเสียงถูกต้องความเร็วพอเหมาะ 2.รูปลักษณ์ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบุคลิกภาพที่ดี สง่างาม แต่กายดี รสนิยมดี 3.ความน่าเชื่อถือ รองลงมาคือ สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรงดีและมีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง สำหรับปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุดทางด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครในรอบสุดท้ายมี 5 ประการ ได้แก่ 1.เสียงพูด ชัดเจนแจ่มใส ออกเสียงถูกต้อง ความเร็วพอเหมาะ 2.รูปลักษณ์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบุคลิกภาพที่ดีงาม สง่างาม แต่งกายดี รสนิยมดี 3. ความเชื่อถือ 4.ทักษะในการสื่อสารสามารถเลือกใช้ถ้อยคำภาษาได้ดี และ 5. สามารถทำให้ผู้ชมเข้าถึงเรื่องที่นำเสนอ รองลงมาคือ ความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองและความมีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ นอกเหนือจากปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครแล้วยังมีปัจจัยอื่นๆ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพิจารณาคัดเลือก โดยปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ นโยบายของเจ้าของและผู้บริหารสถานี รวมทั้งยังมีปัจจัยระบบการตลาดและปัจจัยเรื่องเทคโนโลยีของสถานีโทรทัศน์เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องในการพิจารณาด้วย | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to study masters of ceremonies and announcers selection process of Masters of Ceremonies and Announcers Project produced by Channel 7 and to realize factors having effects on the selection process. According to the research it is found that selection process of masters of ceremonies and announcers can be divided into five steps that are 1) Planning and setting project’s policy 2) Application and the first selection 3) Training the selected applicants of the first selection 4) Testing as the final selection and 5) Interviewing in English. Three most major factors of applicants quality in the first selection process of Channel 7’s Masters and Ceremonies and Announcers Project are 1) Clear and fresh voice with correct pronunciation in proper speed 2) Good appearance with graceful personality and good taste in clothes 3) Reliability Another factor is strong health and self-confidence Five most major factors of applicants quality in the final selection are 1) Clear and fresh voice with correct pronunciation in proper speed 2) Good appearance with graceful personality and good taste in clothes 3) Reliability 4) Good communication skill with the ability to use appropriate words and 5) Capability of making audiences get the message. Another factor is self-confidence and wisdom to be able to handle any unexpected problems Apart from factors of applicants quality there are other factors in the selection process. The most important factor is policy of the owner and produce of the television station. The marketing system and the television station’s technology are also involved. | - |
