| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตาม การรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในครอบครัว และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ ระบบครอบครัว ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท การเผชิญความเครียด ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกโรงพยาบาลที่ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชในสังกัดกรมสุขภาพจิต จำนวน 160 คน ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามลักษณะครอบครัว แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคจิตเภท แบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียด แบบวัดภาระผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบวัดการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .82, .80, .80, .80, .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1. ระดับการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในครอบครัวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีพอสมควร 2. การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .590, .421) 3. ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ( r = -.566) 4. ลักษณะครอบครัวและความรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการทำหน้าที่ของครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this descriptive research were to study family functioning as perceived by family caregiver of schizophrenic patients, and determine the relationships between characteristics family, knowledge, burden, coping, social support and family functioning. Research subjects consisted of 160 caregivers of schizophrenic patients who were receiving service at out patients department of mental health hospitals under the jurisdiction of Devision of Mental Health, selected by purposive sampling method. The research instruments consisted of a personal data questionnaire, a characteristics family questionnaires, a chulalongkorn family inventory questionnaire, a knowledge scale, a burden scale, a coping scale, and a social support scale. The instruments were tested for content validity by 5 professional experts. Cronbach ,s alpha coefficient of the scale were .82, .80, .80, .80, and .80 respectively. Data were analyzed by using Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, and Point Biserial Correlation coefficient. Major results of this study were as follows: 1. The level of family functioning perceived by family caregivers of schizophrenic patients was at a quite well level. 2. Social support and copping the stress were positive significantly related to family functioning perceived by family caregivers of schizophrenic patients,at.05 level (r= .590, 421) 3. Burden was negative significantly related to family functioning, at .05 level ( r = -.566) 4. Characteristics family and knowledge locus of control were not significantly related to family functioning perceived by family caregivers of schizophrenic patients, at .05 level |
