| dc.description.abstract | วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่สำคัญคือ เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการขยายตัวของชุมชน เมืองในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2518-2534 และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่ง เสริม และที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการขยายตัวของชุมชนเมือง ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนนทบุรี และศึกษาแนวโน้มการขยายตัวของชุมชนเมืองแห่งนี้ในอนาคต โดยตั้งสมมติฐานว่าการขยายตัวของชุมชนเมืองในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนนทบุรี จะ เป็นไปตามทฤษฎีรูป เสี้ยวหรือลิ่ม สำหรับแหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช่มี 2 แหล่งได้แก่ ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร แผนที่ และข้อมูลจากภาคสนาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จำแนกออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับแผนที่ และส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการสัมภาษณ์ 241 ครัวเรือน วิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติเชิงบรรยายในรูปของร้อยละ ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบการใช้ที่ดินมีลักษณะปะปนกัน ประ เภทของการใช้ที่ดินที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ คือ การใช้ที่ดินเพื่อเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย และการใช้ที่ดินเพื่อการค้า ลักษณะการขยายตัว จะขยายเป็นแนวยาวไปตามสองฟากของเส้นทางคมนาคม คือ ถนน สำหรับโครงสร้างของ เมืองในปี พ.ศ.2518 มีลักษณะสอดคล้องกับแบบจำลองวงแหวน แต่ในปี พ.ศ.2534 ลักษณะโครงสร้างของเมือง จะมีลักษณะสอดคล้องกับแบบจำลองรูปเสี้ยว และได้พบว่ามีย่านธุรกิจการค้าของ เมืองและบริเวณที่อยู่อาศัย ของผู้มีรายได้สูงตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับเขตใจกลางเมือง ลักษณะ เด่นของโครงสร้างของเมืองที่พบในแบบจำลอง รูปเสี้ยว คือ มีการใช้ที่ดินเพื่อเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยขยายไปตามถนนสายสำคัญ ๆ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการขยายตัวของชุมชน เมืองในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนนทบุรีโดยส่วนรวม พบว่า กลุ่มปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล เรียงลำดับตามความสำคัญ คือ ปัจจัยทางด้านกายภาพ ปัจจัยทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ และ ปัจจัยทางด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed at investigating the urban growth pattern of Nonthaburi Municipality from 1975 to 1991, and analyzing factors contributing to such growth. The findings were also manipulated to predict the future growth trend of this municipality. It was hypothesized that the urban growth of Nonthaburi Municipality would conform to Sector Model Theory. Data from documents, maps and interviews of 241 households were analyzed in terms of percentage and presented in the form of maps and description. The findings of this study indicated that the land use patterns were varied. However, residential and commercial uses were identified as the major types of land use. Urban growth occurred along both sides of the main roads. The urban structure in 1975 was in accordance with the Concentric Zone Model, but in 1991 it was found to fit the Sector Model. Business areas and residential areas for the rich were close to the core area of the municipality. An outstanding characteristic of Nonthaburi's urban growth was the residential use of land along main roads. Factors contributing to the urban growth of Nonthaburi Municipality, in order of importance, were physical factors, economic factors and infrastructure. | - |
