| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลแหล่งข้อมูลและกระบวนการรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการจัดตั้งและออกแบบ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์สาระ (Content Analysis) ประเภทข้อมูลแหล่งข้อมูลและกระบวนการรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อสรุปนำมาสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือและรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการวางแผนของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งของรัฐและเอกชนและนำสรุปเป็นรูปแบบระบบข้อมูลเพื่อการจัดตั้งและออกแบบ คณะวิชาใหม่ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาและนำข้อมูลคณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มาสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามโดยยึดรูปแบบระบบข้อมูลเพื่อการจัดตั้งและออกแบบคณะวิชาใหม่เป็นต้นแบบและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะสาขาวิชาทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา และนำสรุปต่อการประชุมผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Connoisseurship Model) วิพากษ์และวิจารณ์เสนอแนะตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยการประเมินดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Item-objective Congruence) และพัฒนาเป็นระบบข้อมูลเพื่อการจัดตั้งและออกแบบคณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าประเภทข้อมูลที่เป็นข้อมูลหลักเพื่อการจัดตั้งและออกแบบ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมี 9 ประเภทได้แก่ ปรัชญา การจัดองค์กรและการบริหารจัดการ หลักสูตร อาจารย์และบุคลากร นิสิตนักศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน พื้นที่อาคารและงบประมาณซึ่งมีแหล่งข้อมูลจากนโยบายสถาบัน สถาบันตนเอง สถาบันอื่นๆ ในประเทศ สถาบันต่างประเทศ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั่วไป ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเฉพาะสาขา ผู้สอน นักวางแผน เกณฑ์ทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยและความต้องการของสังคม โดยใช้กระบวนการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การสอบถาม การทดลอง การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสืบค้น การสำรวจและการคาดการณ์ ผู้ที่มีบทบาทได้แก่ผู้บริหารหรือเจ้าของโครงการ ผู้ใช้อาคาร, ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ฝ่ายวางแผนสถาบันและฝ่ายงบประมาณ สำหรับระบบข้อมูลเพื่อการออกแบบคณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในแต่ละขั้นตอนมีรายละเอียดในระบบข้อมูลที่แตกต่างกันซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์ของระบบข้อมูลจากมโนทัศน์ทางการอุดมศึกษาและมโนทัศน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาสู่มโนทัศน์เพื่อการออกแบบ ดังนี้ 1. ขั้นการจัดทำรายละเอียดโครงการเบื้องต้นเป็นขั้นตอนที่เจ้าของโครงการเป็นผู้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากความต้องการขององค์กรซึ่งมีข้อมูลโดยสรุปกว้างๆ ของกรอบแนวคิดของเจ้าของโครงการ ความต้องการ การใช้สอย และมีระบบข้อมูลดังนี้ ปรัชญาและวัตถุประสงค์ของคณะ มโนทัศน์การจัดองค์กรและโครงสร้างการจัดองค์กร โครงสร้างหลักสูตร จำนวนอาจารย์และบุคลากร จำนวนนิสิตทั้งหมด วิธีสอนโดยรวม ชนิดของสื่อและอุปกรณ์ จำนวนห้องเรียนและห้องปฏิบัติการในแต่ละขนาดและประมาณการค่าก่อสร้าง 2. ขั้นการจัดทำร่างกายละเอียดโครงการจะเป็นภารกิจของสถาปนิกผู้ที่จะดำเนินการออกแบบที่จะต้องแสดงถึงแนวคิดของการออกแบบ ซึ่งมีความต้องการรายละเอียดของข้อมูลเพิ่มมากขึ้นดังนี้ ปรัชญาการศึกษาทั่วไป ปรัชญากลุ่มวิชาพื้นฐาน ลักษณะการประสานงาน ความสัมพันธ์ของหลักสูตร จำนวนรายวิชา ลักษณะรายวิชา ลักษณะอาจารย์ จุดเน้นภารกิจลักษณะการทำงานของบุคลากร ลักษณะนิสิต จำนวนนิสิตตามแผนการรับ ลักษณะการเรียนการสอน ลักษณะการจัดกิจกรรม รูปแบบการสอน อุปกรณ์/สื่อที่ใช้จัดการเรียนการสอน ความเฉพาะของอุปกรณ์/สื่อ ลักษณะการใช้อุปกรณ์/สื่อ เกณฑ์พื้นที่ตามประกาศทบวงฯ เกณฑ์มาตรฐานสากล เกณฑ์ตามเทศบัญญัติการก่อสร้าง งบประมาณระบบโครงสร้าง ระบบสาธารณูปโภค ระบบไฟฟ้าตลอดจนงบประมาณค่าครุภัณฑ์ประกอบอาคาร 3. ขั้นสรุปรายละเอียดโครงการจะเป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของระบบข้อมูลเพื่อการออกแบบที่จะต้องมีการตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของข้อมูลกับผู้ที่มีบทบาทได้แก่ ผู้บริหารหรือเจ้าของโครงการ ผู้ใช้อาคาร ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ฝ่ายวางแผนสถาบันและฝ่ายงบประมาณ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to develop the information system, information source, and information collecting process for the establishment and design of faculty of sports science, Chulalongkorn University. The Information system of the Faculty of Sports Science at Chulalongkorn University was analyzed by content analysis of information category, information source and information collecting process. All information was used to build the instrument by purposive random sampling from the experts in higher education institutions planning and summarized as the information system for the establishment and building construction design of the new faculty in higher education institution. Information System of Faculty of Sports Science at Chulalongkorn University was evaluated by Connoisseurship Model with Item-Objective Congruence (IOC). The results showed that the main information for the establishment and design of faculty of sports science at Chulalongkorn University were consisted of nine (9) categories as follows :, 1) Philosophy, 2) Organization and Administration, 3) Curriculum, 4) Faculty and Staff, 5) Student, 6) Instruction Management, 7)Equipments, 8) Building Area and 9) Budgeting. These main information were acquired from institutional policy, various in-country institutions, various foreign institutions, various scholars in specific areas and other areas, instructors, ministry of University Affair’s criterion and social needs and were collected by these following methodology : Observing, interviewing, questionairing, experimenting, analyzing, documenting, inquiring, surveying and estimating. Details of information system were differentiated according to the steps of programming as follows: 1) Term of Reference was the first step that the project owner must collect the information from the organization needs in accordance with the project owner’s conceptual framework, philosophy and objectives of faculty of Sports Science, organization conceptual framework and structure, curriculum, faculty and staff, building areas, class rooms and laboratories in various sizes, and budgeting. 2) Preliminary program was the architecture’s duty to show the architecture concepts which required the additional information from philosophy and goals of general education, philosophy and goals of fundamental courses, sub-organization, interdisciplinary courses in various curriculum, course description, course number, faculty style, job description, faculty and staff, student style, student numbers in each academic year and each specialization areas the specification of the various equipments, space requirement of the ministry of University Affairs, international requirement, municipal requirement, structural system, budget, utilities, electrical system, and facilities budget. 3) Master program development was the last step of programming which details of the information design must be checked with the administrators as the project owner, building user, scholar, planner, institution’s planning and budgeting office. |
