| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาโครงสร้างการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญ สังกัดกองการมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2. เพื่อศึกษาถึงภารกิจ และการปฏิบัติงานในด้านวิชาการที่เป็นจริง ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สายสามัญ สังกัดกองการมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิชาการ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญ สังกัดกองการมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และผู้ปฏิบัติงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน คือ ครูผู้สอนวิชาต่าง ๆ ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สายสามัญ สังกัดกองการมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 30 โรงเรียน แยกเป็นผู้บริหารงานวิชากร 268 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติงานวิชาการ 416 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าและแบบให้เลือกตอบ ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัย แนวจากตำรา เอกสาน และวิทยานิพนธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (X̅) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือส่วนใหญ่มีผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 3 ฝ่าย คือ ฝ่ายธุรการ ฝ่ายวิชาการ และฝ่ายปกครอง และเปิดสอนครบทุกสายวิชา คือ ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ คณิตศาสตร์ สังคมศึกษา พลานามัย ศิลปศึกษา และศิลปะปฏิบัติ 2. โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานวิชาการน้อยทุกด้าน งานที่มีการปฏิบัติน้อยกว่าด้านอื่นๆ เป็นอันดับแรก ได้แก่ การนิเทศการศึกษา รองลงมาได้แก่ การใช้ทรัพยากรและแหล่งวิชาในท้องถิ่น การวางแผนปรับปรุงงานวิชาการส่วนงานด้านหลักสูตรและเอกสารการใช้หลักสูตร การวัดผลและการประเมินผล วัสดุอุปกรณ์การสอน ห้องสมุด กระบวนการบริหารงานวิชาการ การแนะแนว กิจกรรมนักเรียนการกำหนดให้ครู-อาจารย์ปฏิบัติงานวิชาการ ตารางสอนและวิธีสอนก็มีการปฏิบัติน้อยเช่นกันตามลำดับ 3. ปัญหาสำคัญในการบริหารงานและปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนยังให้ความสำคัญต่องานวิชาการไม่มากเท่าที่ควร ผู้บริหารงานวิชาการยังขาดความรู้ ความสามารถในการนิเทศ และการวางแผนปัญหาการขาดแคลนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ห้องเรียน และบุคลากร สภาพท้องถิ่นยังไม่อำนวยที่จะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอนเท่าที่ควร โดยเฉพาะในท้องถิ่นชนบทที่ห่างไกลความเจริญ |
| Other Abstract: | Purposed The purposes of this research were as follows: 1. To study the academic administrative structure of Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region; 2. To study the duty and the actual academic performance of the administrators and teachers in the Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region; 3. To study the problems of academic work in the Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region; Procedures The population in this research were the academic administrators: the principals, academic principal assistants, head-departments and teachers who taught in very department from 30 different selected Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region. They were classified as 268 academic administrators and 416 teachers. The instrument used was rating scale and check list questionaires adapted from books, articles, and related theses. The data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings 1. There are 3 school administrator assistants in most of the Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region: Business Administrator Assistant, Academic Administrator Assistant and Disciplinarian Administrator Assistant. Every subjects were taught in these schools; Thai, English, Mathmatics, Social Science, Physical Education, Art Education and Practical Arts. 2. In most of the Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region the administrators and teachers performed the academic tasks rather less. The least performance was supervision. The lesser performances were: the local academic resources, the academic improvement planning, the curriculum and the curriculum documents, measurement and evaluation, materials and teaching instruments, library academic administrative process, student activities, the academic task assignment for teachers, time-table and teaching methods respectively. 3. The important problems in the academic administration and academic performance of the administrators and teachers in the Secondary Schools in Northeastern Region were; the school administrators did not pay enough attention to the academic tasks. The academic administrators had not enough knowledge and ability in educational supervision and planning. The schools lack of materials, class rooms and personnel. The local condition appeared to be less support the instructional utility especially in the up countries. |
