| Abstract: | ศึกษาการจัดการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบ แชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าชมในการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบ แชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 494 คน แบ่งเป็น บุคลากรที่มีส่วนในการดำเนินการจัดการแข่งขัน จำนวน 38 คน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย คณะกรรมการจัดการแข่งขัน 2 คน ผู้บริหารสโมสร 12 คน ผู้จัดการทีม 12 คน และผู้จัดการสนาม 12 คน และบุคลากรที่เข้าร่วมในการจัดการแข่งขัน จำนวน 456 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ฝึกสอน 12 คน นักฟุตบอล 12 คน สื่อมวลชน 12 คน และผู้ชม 420 คน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีทางสถิติโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางประกอบความเรียง และสรุปผลสัมภาษณ์ในรูปแบบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การจัดการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบแชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 ในส่วนของทรัพยากรในการจัดการ พบว่า ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ 2. การจัดการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบแชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 ในส่วนของหลักการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬา พบว่าทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านปรัชญาและจุดมุ่งหมายในการจัดแข่งขัน ด้านการดำเนินงานและการบริหารงาน ด้านกฎและระเบียบการจัดการแข่งขัน ด้านการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขัน ด้านกำหนดการการแข่งขัน ด้านสนาม อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านระบบการให้คะแนน ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ และด้านคณะกรรมการในการจัดการแข่งขัน อยู่ในระดับดี 3. ผลการดำเนินการการจัดการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบแชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดการแข่งขัน คือ ได้ 4 ทีมได้รับสิทธิ์เลื่อนชั้นไปเล่นลีก ดิวิชั่น 1 ในปีถัดไป และการจัดการแข่งขันมีพัฒนาการที่สูงขึ้น 4. การจัดการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล เอไอเอส ลีก ดิวิชั่น 2 รอบแชมเปี้ยนลีก ปี 2011 ในส่วนของความ พึงพอใจของผู้ฝึกสอน นักฟุตบอล สื่อมวลชน และผู้ชม พบว่าทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการดำเนินการจัดการแข่งขัน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับดี |
| Other Abstract: | To study the competition management of AIS league division 2 champion league tournament, 2011 and to assess its participants satisfaction of AIS league division 2 champion league tournament, 2011. The sampling subjects in this research were composed of 494 people. They were divided into 2 groups: the people who took part in this competition 38 people and participants 456 people. People who took part in this competition consists of the organization committees 2 people, club administrators 12 people, team managers 12 people and stadium managers 12 people. The participants included 12 coaches, 12 players, 12 mass medias and 420 spectators. Then, the collected data was analyzed based on statistical methods by determining the means, standard deviations and were presented in the form of tables. The interviews results were summarized in the form of essays. The results were as follows : 1. The overall resources management factors including man, materials, management were rated at good level and money were rated at satisfactory level. 2. The overall principles of competition policy including philosophy and objective, organizing, rule and regulation, operation, schedule, place equipment and facilitie, scoring system, public relation and organizing committee were all rated at good level. 3. The result of the competition management of AIS league division 2 champion league tournament, 2011 achieved the goal by qualified 4 teams to play in division 1 in the following year and the competition management was better organied. 4. The satisfaction according to the opinion of coaches, players, mass medias and spectators toward the overall competition management in personnel, place, equipment and facilities and public relations were all rated at good level. |
